Car Show Vendor
In Janaury 2026 I registed for a British Car show and in the registration was a link for a vendor offering hats, shirts, etc.. inlcuding jackets. I ordered a jacket and received an email confirmation. The next day I began to wonder if I had the right size so I responded to thier email asking if they would be at the car show so I could try the jackets on. No response. I emailed them a couple days later..no respsone. I then emailed a cancelation...no response. This week I received an email telling me the jacket was shipped. This is an example of poor customer service. The email address I used is their regualr address they advertise for contact. I want to use emails so I have a paper trail of things I do.
