I made an order earlier today with 7 items coming in over £100, after I placed the order I realised that I’d accidentally added a shirt to my basket after browsing the previous night, I reached out to customer service and they gave a speedy reply and even an option to exchange for no additional cost or a refund which I thought was very handy. Overall my several experiences have always been positive and I have no bad words to say about this site, however there is an exchange rate fee so it may say one number and charge you a bit extra but they are not scamming no one it’s just down to exchange rates and even after paying you’re still getting a great deal. They steal money off you, I checked out at £50.01 and my bank was charged £54.95. Thieves go elsewhwre to a reputable seller.

Ordered two identical Oasis shirts from Jjsports3, identical sizes, different colours.

The two shirts are completely different sizes. One is almost too tight to get on, the other is huge. Armpit to armpit measurememts are 7cm different.

Very politely complained that they are completely different in size, to be told that this is acceptable "tolerance".

So be very careful if you decide to order, my advice would be to purchase elsewhere.
