Ordered an NGT XPR 7m Whip from JK Outdoors – it turned up a few days later than expected, but arrived in perfect condition. I messaged Jack about the tracking information not updating, and didn’t hear back until after the order had already arrived, but it all turned out well in the end. The fishing whip itself looks great – my partner loves it, and we’ve had it elasticated at our local tackle shop. We just need it to stop raining now, so she can actually try it out!
All in all, I'm happy with the service and would gladly order again.

Honest and good value shop
Happy days.
Ordered multi pack of fishing feathers for 4 kids to share and 1 set not in the pack.
To avoid anyone being thrown of the pier amidst sibling rivalry, I Pointed it out to Jack and team and they sorted it right away in a friendly and seamless fashion.
Everybody happy and fishing away as the mackerel start to run up west.
