This set was fun to build and it looks great on my wall. The automatic lights are a big plus. No missing parts. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible value. Back in the day there was Lepin. But these days there are more products. But I got the Anubis set. It came in 3 days. And the the unboxing alone was 10/10 better than Lego. And the build. If you didn't tell me they were not Lego I wouldn't know. I'm on book 2 and am blown away by the design and quality for the price. Will definitely be purchasing more

Good design, clear instructions

It's no longer chinese new year. It's March 2, a Monday at noon. No response to anything. Nobody in chat, no email response. Nothing, Can't continue without this part, Never again will I buy a JMBricklayer product

Building the “Bismarck” good fun, and the bricks are of a good quality, only downside for me was the stickers, very pernickety for an old guy like me with some of them sticking to the cardboard sheet

It’s the Succulent set. #20104 It has 9 Succulent plants and a total of 750pcs.
This was a fun set to build, and best of all no need for watering..lol.
It’s compatible with other brands(for size reference) the color scheme was on point and all the pieces fit perfect and tight definitely no need to worry about it falling apart.

Missing 1 bag of parts. I've contacted JMBricklayer multiple times. No return phone call or respond to numerous emails sent to them explaining what I am missing.

Now I know this was not Lego, but JMB have some interesting concepts for their builds so I thought I would try and see if they are any good. I brought the Black Pearl and wish I hadn't bovered. They are cheaper than Lego, but all in all, not that cheap for what they are.
Firstly, the quality is not there and this can be seen as soon as you open the first pack. The instructions, however, are clear and nearly as good as the Lego instructions, and the light kit is a bonus.
The biggest problem was that some of the pieces fitted tightly together, and others were so loose that the only way was to glue them together. Not a big deal as I have no intentions of taking this apart, but some of the loose fitting pieces were supporting & weight bearing pieces, so as soon as any slight pressure was put on these they would not hold and fell apart.
I have given up for now but will go back to the last 2 stages which is the mast, sails and rigging at a later date.
I am an avid builder of Lego and own in excess of 100 sets that I have built, so no novis. Yes, they are expensive, but the quality is there. They also have play quality without falling apart, but I only buy to display mine being an adult fan of Lego. Sadly, this is where JMB fall short. If a younger builder built this for play he would be very disappointed as it would not even stand up to light play.
Everything looks impressive and the box gives the model a luxury feel, as do the instructions, but that sadly is where it ends.
I also purchased the Gas Station for a gift, but I have decided to hold on to this due to the poor build experience of the Black Pearl. Maybe the build quality on this will be better, and if it is I will give it the approiate review. But for now I would only give this a 1 star review. Save your money and buy the proper bricks.

Phoenix Rebirth - stay away from it. This set really tested the depth and breadth of my patience and repertoire of swear words. The frame and background went together fine for the most part. The phoenix itself was a nightmare. If you also make the mistake of buying this item, keep your glue handy when putting together the entire bird, especially the tail and wings. And even now I do not trust that when I hang it up, the whole thing won’t fall apart like a house of cards.
Giving two stars only because shipping was fairly quick and the price wasn’t awful. The set itself gets zero stars.

I recently recieved a gift and was very pleasantly surprised of the quality of the bricks and design of the models.

However I was missing a whole bag of pieces, unable to finish my build. (I have the spaceman, but no head for him...)

I sent a very detailed request on what was missing to the support but never heard anything from them.

Not having the materials is the biggest pain on a construction set. Even if the brand is promising, I cannot put more than one star for this. Mistakes can happen but at least have a proper support team who can fix it. I cannot recommand this brand for now.

This compnay does so much for the customers and fans. Always great deals, great products, and super easy shopping. I love the Ghost Ship, and it is among many great block sets I have from them!
