Quality of the motors is ok

I firstly contacted them to solve a little problem with their jmc 180w servo motor. Quality of the motors is ok. Also the manuals. I asked help with the parameters and even offered compensation for the time, acting extremely polite. I got a reply from George from sales in europe which immediately asked me the same things I already stated in the email, and denied service with a weak excuse. Then proceeded to act rude. Instead of giving help and cutting discussions, he blamed me for being pissed for their bad service and the problem that their motor is causing me.
It was easier for him to say sorry and give me a solution. But no.
He has the balls of not giving assistance and to make the moral to customers. saying I am talking nonsense and I need to calm down my anger. He says he feel anger from me. Congratulations for the perceptions, George. Have you practiced as clarvoyant?
