Swivel electric broom.

I was happy with the look of the item but after charging it and attempting to use it that changed. It kept stopping and wouldn't work on a rug, even a thin one. It is rather flimsy,and I'm just glad I didn't pay full price. All my other purchases were fine.

Customer service is appalling

I. ordered 3 bras went by the sizing on the website when they arrived they were too small telephoned the number on receipt the lady who answered Al***a was very rude and abrupt will not buy anything from them again

Wide range of products encompassing…

Wide range of products encompassing many tastes, ease of ordering welcome but returning wasn't so straightforward as you need a returns number which in my instance never materialised. Returned order with delivery/order form via Royal Mail as you have to cover the costs yourself even with their no quibble returns promise. I've purchased items from JML previously which have been just what I needed but the most recent had to be returned and that is complicated.

Zippi vacuum

I really love my zippi vacuum it cleans really great nice and lightweight and it's like a hoverboard just floats over the carpet and floors and does my stairs goes under neath furniture and into the corners easily emptied i have ordered two more one for my mum and one for my sister and they are really pleased with the zippi

Paint Racer Pro

Ordering and Delivery was brilliant, shame about the quality of the “Paint Racer Pro”. I’ve used the corner racer once and the foam has disintegrated and the Roller itself is impossible to remove all the paint colour completely!!

Great shower head

Shower head is so good having 3 settings also a button to turn off temporarily while having a shower so you don't lose the water temperature by turning on and off on the actual shower

Received the wrong order

Received the wrong order - received another customers order and even that wasn’t right; the physical items didn’t match the delivery note. I phoned about the error and it was rectified to a point. What I said I required was not sent correctly, but by then I had enough. Replacement was delivered next day however which was a bonus. First time I had any problems ordering from JML.

Great service

I ordered 3 Bras. The invoice, when they were delivered stated 3 x Bra, but inside the parcel were 3 boxes of draught excluder tape! Not a problem for JML, they were very apologetic, immediately sent the Bras out and a returns label for the tape. The bras have been exactly as advertised on tv, really happy.
But I can't help but wonder about the poor man expecting boxes of draught tape and getting 3 bras instead!!

Belvia bra are not what they say a tv they don’t stay in place don’t get me wrong they are comfortable but they make you boob look saggy they don’t lift them up or nothing the strap don’t stay in place don’t listen to the tv you can’t sleep in them and they don’t make you look right worse of money

The delivery drive left the box outside…

The delivery drive left the box outside the front door despite the fact that it was, and had been, raining heavily. When I got home from work, the box was soaking wet as were the boxes inside it. I had to dry out the Soft Sit covers which were wet through.
I am happy with the product but the delivery experience has left me unsure whether or not to buy from JML again.
