Dit bedrijf verdient niet eens één ster

Dit bedrijf verdient niet eens een ster. Ik heb vorig jaar een zwembad gekocht met een streamjet installatie. Deze installatie kost 3.000 eur en zou compleet geleverd worden. Bij levering bleken onderdelen te missen die ineens niet meer erbij geleverd zouden worden. Bovendien moesten alle koppelingen (ondanks dat ik ervoor betaald had) bij de 'bouwmarkt' worden aageschaft. JM top levert echter een oud type Chineze pompen met een amerikaanse aansluiting waarvoor in Nederland geen onderdelen leverbaar zijn. Als gevolg heb ik na 7 maanden nog steeds mijn zwembad niet kunnen aansluiten. Aan de telefoon reagere ze bovendien geïrriteerd als je je beklag gaat doen.
