The worst estate agents ever!
The worst estate agents ever!! The amount of issues in 12 months in 1 flat has been ridiculous. Your home is supposed to be a place to relax and unwind but sadly due to jnr this hasn't happened. Obviously, I understand that there can be problems in a property but the way they dealt with them was what made it so bad. I think they must go by the saying "ignorance is bliss". Don't call you back, don't respond to your emails, don't send people out when they say they are and then lie to you and say someone Has been, thinking you would have been in work and you have been there all day. They are rude, lazy and liars!! Every problem needs to be passed to the person on the team who deals with that when they are in a small little shop and only about 4 people work there, they honestly think you believe the rubbish that the spout you!! Insulting my intelligence. Every tenant in my block of flats have said they can't wait to leave as jnr are useless!!! This place needs a proper inspection and hopefully gets shut down!!! 12 months of hell!!
