Product same as in pic- quick shipping all things considered. My favorite pair of sunglasses and they're the only ones that had them (Persol PO3028S). About half the price I expected to pay for them. Bravo Jo-oh!

While shipping was fast, Jo-oh at first sent the the wrong model of sunglasses. I emailed them (Oscar) immediately and he was incredibly apologetic. He shipped the correct pair out within 12 hours and had it to Sydney Australia in 3 days. He also refunded the return shipping. Great service despite the mistake. Would definitely order from them again.

The product I bought was unavailable from the manufacturer (Retrosuperfuture) and very hard to find online. Fortunately, Jo-oh had the exact pair I was looking for, and at a very good price. I was looking online to find a pair of glasses to replace a favorite pair I had lost. I was very excited to find the exact pair online with Jo-oh and placed the order easily. A day later I noted there was an error on my part in the shipping information as I omitted an important part of the delivery information. I contacted Jo-oh who contacted DHL on my part to ensure the change was made before they could be rejected in a delivery attempt. The person (Oscar) who corresponded with me via email was very nice and helpful and assured me all would be fine.

The shades arrived when scheduled and are perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank You!

I ordered pair of Police glasses that were the same as the ones I saw in a shop in Stanford Shopping mall, but about 60% of the cost. I've got my eye on another pair I want soon and I'll definitely be getting them from this site.

Good choice of sunglasses and unlike others did have the ones I wanted which were much cheaper than a regular shop and other websites. Don't think you can go wrong and will use these guys again.
