AVOID Joaillerie-royale
AVOID Joaillerie-royale. They sold me a Rolex improperly serviced and had a loose rotor screw that damaged the movement, hands appear to be painted and incorrect bracelet. Arranged a time to return it for repair and they were closed, even though we specifically said that time. When I was able to go 3 guys appeared and basically threateningly told me it was my problem.

Confusing and misleading handling of order and refund
I had a problematic experience with this seller.
After purchasing a watch via Chrono24, I needed to return it due to size and clearly requested a refund. I then made a separate purchase directly on the seller’s website at a lower price.
Before that, the seller repeatedly stated that it was not possible to get a better price on their website. However, I was able to purchase the same watch at a lower total price due to free shipping and a promotional discount, which makes those statements misleading.
The seller also claimed that I was not allowed to cancel and request a refund according to “Chrono24 regulations,” which is incorrect. In addition, they attempted to link the two separate transactions and suggested that the Chrono24 order was still being fulfilled.
This created unnecessary confusion and delayed the process. Only after providing clear documentation and Chrono24’s involvement was the refund eventually processed.
While the product itself was fine, the handling and communication in this case were not professional. I recommend ensuring everything is clearly documented when dealing with this seller.

First you have ordered the watch via chrono24 and paid for it and after you ask us to cansell it because you want to order it on or website directly because on our website the shipping was free of charge 39€ , then you ordered from our website also so finaly you paid 2 times the same watch .
We refund you on chrono24 and we shiped the watch from our website .
we dont understand why you made all this games but finally the result is the same .
