Great experience

Was a bit worried after reading bad reviews on people not receiving their product or it taking ages to come, but my order came within the time stated and the ring fits my wife perfectly.

It took a little longer than I expected…

It took a little longer than I expected but it was worth it.
My ring is gorgeous, I love it.
I would say if your ordering give them a little extra time, I'm sure they have tons of orders with today's prices on everything else.
Absolutely gorgeous work, the most beautiful ring I've ever owned in my life.
I just got engaged and I was shocked, I can't say how beautiful this ring is and how much it means to me.

The worst of the worst - just don’t.

Honestly just don’t bother with this company. I ordered an item 2 weeks in advance as a small vacation gift. Delivery said 5-7 days. It’s been 10 days so far, no item. When speaking to them via email or on messenger as this is the only form of contact, they take 3-4 days just to respond then when they do it’s 1 sentence. Honestly - just go to a jeweller don’t bother wasting your time because the cancellation process is another absolute joke, after 48 hours you can’t even get a full refund. I honestly don’t care they can keep the money, just goes to show how slimy and horrendous this company is, it’s basically a day light theft service. Don’t do it even if you’re desperate, don’t do it.

Beautiful rings!

Beautiful rings!
I purchased my first ring in May, it took about 2 weeks to arrive but it was beautiful, it was slightly too big and I had to take it to a jewelers to get it resized which was slightly frustrating as I wanted to wear it straight away.
I emailed customer services and told them as I wanted to order another and they offered me a discount for the second one.
I recieved the second one, this too was a little bit too big but manageable.
So far my experience with them has been good, the only issue is the sizing, I don't understand how they get it wrong as it's simple mathematics.

Nothing but costume jewelry! do not buy

If I can do a negative 5 review I would! My boyfriend ordered me the heart ring and within 2 weeks a stone fell out and it completely lost it shine . I emailed their help center and said I wanted a refund. I was told I can get a 40% discount on my next purhase . I told them I would never buy anything from them again why would that help me ? Then they said I could return it and pay the shipping and then they would reimburse me 10% of the shipping and they would fix the stone and send it back. Horrible jewelry, horrible customer service. Do not buy from them for 200 bucks I expected more. They are nothing more than costume jewelry at ridiculous prices.

JUST THIEVES WITH A CHECKOUT PAGE

This company is an absolute disgrace. Joancee Jewellery is not just unprofessional — they are scammers. I placed an order expecting delivery in 3–5 business days, as clearly stated on their website. No mention of any processing delay, no warning of extended wait times. But when the item didn’t show up, I reached out to cancel.

What did they do? They suddenly threw a so-called “cancellation policy” at me — something that was NEVER shown or available at checkout or anywhere on their site — and told me I would only get 50% of my money back. That’s right — they kept HALF my money for something they failed to deliver on time.

This is theft, plain and simple. They hide their made-up policies, lie about shipping times, and then penalize you for their failure. A legitimate company doesn’t make up rules after the fact to rob customers. These people are dishonest, unethical, and operating on shady practices that border on fraud.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Save yourself the frustration, the lost money, and the lies. They are not a real brand you can rely on — just thieves with a checkout page.

Horrible customer support

I tried to return a ring that was just a very dull piece of jewelry. It was unused and still had the label on it. They make it seem like it is easy to do returns but their customer support is horrendous. I'm still waiting for answers and a return address or return label. Maybe delaying tactics hoping you'd forget! Very dissatisfied customer
PS. Their reply to my comment here is laughable - they never truly attempted to answer my questions and the only response they ever gave me was "read our return policy". Well I did read it and yes you should be refunding me . They never gave me a return address to send it to so that I could determine the cost of shipping. They're a joke - don't bother dealing with them

Excellent company

After reading some of the bad reviews on Truspilot I was concerned as to whether I would receive my order or not. However it arrived after 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier with it! The ring is beautiful and came in a lovely presentation box. I will certainly use this company again.

The customer service was amazing I had…

The customer service was amazing I had my doubts about it after reading reviews and contacted them with some questions. They answered my questions and I ordered my ring it came in 2 days ago ans it is more beautiful than in the pictures. Just have a bit of patience with the delivery it's so well worth the wait

Arrived within time specified

Ordered 23rd June, notification of despatch 24th June. I then read the reviews and immediately regretted placing my order. However, my ring arrived on 2nd July and it’s lovely and fits perfectly.

I saw some horrendous reviews, I was worried

I saw some horrendous reviews after I ordered & was really concerned. However, my ring arrived today and it is lovely. It’s exactly as I ordered, the correct size and arrived on time. The only issue I had that was the same as others was the inability to track the package. Given the price I got what I was expecting. If you want platinum and diamonds, pay more for them.

Horrible engagement ring experience

Customer service is really terrible i bought a ring and it was way to small and won't refund my money even though it had not passed their return time after waiting a month to get it I sent pictures to them and still had the tag to the ring I had to buy another ring from them since their sizing chart is messed up if someone is measured at a 10.5 ring size and it don't fit then obviously someone messed up the ring if the 2nd ring don't fit I'm calling my credit card company and having them refund the money cause this is bullshit

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The jewelery is terrible the service is terrible. They dont have a phone number for you to call when you need something. When you put up a bad review up on them or have your credit card company dispute the chrages because they are so late with your stuff then they will offer to pay you money to take down the bad review and drop the dispute then they wont pay you after you do all that. This is by far the worst company ive ever dealt with. If you order from here then good luck with getting your stuff or getting good stuff.

I did not read the reviews before I ordered. I wish I did.

Tracking links are not working. Customer service taking a whole day to respond. I don’t know exactly what they are doing.

I have not yet received my product and it is past the delivery time. Really, really bad experience.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. I ordered a necklace in November 2024 which, when it arrived was clearly not emerald as it was described on the website. Tried to return, at my additional expense, to the address given by them, only to have my parcel returned months later, in May 2025, “not found at this address”. They will not give a refund until they receive the item back. Later, found the same necklace online with another retailer for £15, delivered, rather than the £75+ I am out of pocket!

Terrible Company

Like a lot of others, if I could leave a 0 I would. I wish we would have read reviews before ordering. My wedding set was ordered May 7th and I still haven't received it as of May 27th and it shows there was a delay in customs for almost a week now. Delivery was supposed to be in 9 days and nothing. I have disputed this with my credit card company. What a waste of time.
