I have worked in the same organisation for 20 years and did quite a technical role. I wanted to progress into a leadership role but didnt have the experience of recruitment so really struggled.

Farhan was very useful in helping me prepare for using the correct tecnique for answering interview questions. After a few failed interviews, due to a lack of confidence and limited experience of interviewing, Farhan helped me build a structure around how I answer questions and also build self confidence about the experience I had and ability to talk about it. After failing a third round to a director role for a media agency, my confidence took a slight hit and I figured out that I needed help to approach interviews in a more structured approach. The course was detailed and gave me some practical examples I could adjust to my job description. All the topics in the course are essential points to go through the interview prep and with a good effort from the candidate's part (you need to believe in yourself and in your value!) you can build your way to success. On my interview I felt confident and prepared because I knew what to expect and what the panel was expecting from me. You will be nervous, of course, but you will be prepared.
