I feel we should have ON-THE-JOB training like before. They gave it 3 to 6 months with half of regular pay. Then after that they decided if they want to keep that person on the job.

They do a good job providing job…

They do a good job providing job listings however looking at the types of jobs I have requested they seem to have missed the mark. I continually get jobs that are not listed on my search criteria. If they correct this then I would have to give them 4.5 stars
