I don't know where the problem is. For 18 months, none of the applications returned any results. I trust my capabilities. I trust my long experience and how I present it. The job market have multiple offers. Yet, none is working. It would really help if somebody finds a solution and share it with me.

Job suggestions for people looking for an internship
Job suggestions for Master 2 students looking for an INTERNSHIP not really relevant - I’ve applied with care and sent 10 applications in the banking industry, so far the 5st feedbacks i’ve Had were negative. It is usual and you would tell me not to discourage.
However my profile « fits »: i am already experienced as i was active in the banking sector for 4 years prior to my Master. And I have only applied in this sector. Don’t know what they’re looking for, job employers seek more and more picky and the bare minimum feedback is given , every single time. So far , really disappointed. I’d rather use LinkedIn than the career center

Lots of frustration due to bad usability and lack of feedback channels
My profile insist on being only 80% full despite me filling in all the information and some extra - and the software doesn't tell me, what to do to get it to 100%.
Also, I tried applying to a job I found at Jobteaser just to find out that the role has actually been filled already even though the ad is still there and valid for months more. And there is NO way to report on it, and the chat robot was totally useless in this respect.

Good platform
Platform is very good, intuitive and good design. It is nice to search a job.
Maybe if possible, a good tool would be general job presentations and salary overviews.

I haven’t heard from any company yet from which I applied for. However, all I can say for now, is that I find the application to be quite user-friendly and efficient. It’s easy to navigate and has a great user interface.
