from start to finish this was a great experience from the quote to the actuall installation of the kitchen, joes doors kept us inform every step of the way . and was prompt to rectify one little thing after installation. would recommend them to anyone
Quality Kitchen Install from Start to Finish
Rep was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Kitchen and Worktops were well within our budget. Installation team were excellent and attention to detail great. I would certainly recommend to friends and family.
We have only had a verbal quotation on…
We have only had a verbal quotation on an A4 piece of paper , the sales chap was very pleasant but could have gone through the whole process in a third of time . Bearing in mind our kitchen was only 8 years old & we wanted to change colour & ease of keeping clean so new was 12k .
Our quote was 9,990 & we couldn’t justify the cost only for doors & end panels approx 27 panels .
the profesionalism and friendliness…
the profesionalism and friendliness from the outset was great, we were kept up to date all the way along to fitting, and when craig and his team came out to fit they were fabulous, what an amazing job they did fitting the new worktops hob sink and tap, very clean and tidy, and our new quartz worktops looking absolutely fantastic, really happy and would highly recommend joes doors !!
We had kitchen refurbed May 2026.
So update to initial review.
Our order number is 203968 and we received correspondence from alevans2009xxxxxxxx.com, shortly after we placed our order at the beginning of May.
So fitter Rob did come back last week to complete snagging, so we are happier with the kitchen refurbishment.
What we are not happy about is the failure to even acknowledge Ann's injury had kitchen refurbished May 2026.I can include the feedback form which includes the report of Ann's injury. It is poor show that this wasn't even acknowledged.
We had seen some negative press and were going to pull out after initial order, but MD Andrew Evans assured us that the installation would go well.
We did ask if we could have a skip, but Joe's Doors don't use them.
Unfortunately my partner tripped over some of the old kitchen doors at the back of the house where our garage is during the installation. She broke her Fibia and 12 weeks later she is still hobbling around with a boot and crutch. We won't be able to go on the holiday we had planned to Europe. We contacted Joe's Doors customer service, sales guy but nobody wanted to know about rhe accident and we received no apology.
Three weeks ago a door fell off. The doors are very heavy and we have noticed some others are sagging. The repair guy didn't turn up to appointment and we didn't get a phone call. Very unhappy with this company for not apologising for mishap.

Our kitchen is transformed
The installation of our kitchen cupboard doors went really well. Couldn't fault the installers. The quality of the doors and end panels is very good - just what we envisaged. The only hitch we had was a small imperfection on 2 drawer fronts. These were replaced a couple of weeks later, no argument. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. Would recommend them if you want to totally transform your kitchen without replacing the whole kitchen.

I had Jake the installer at my property recently and he installed worktop covers that have transformed the kitchen. Great workmanship and hard worker.
excellent service from the start …
excellent service from the start philip came to give us a quote and done all the measuring up arranged the surveyor robert to arrange everything dave did all the fitting with is assistance both gave very good service from the ordering to the fitting all done in 6weeks thanking you June & Bob
Look elsewhere
Well where do I start! A splashback that’s half over an electric switch for the boiler, the door above the cooker hob rubs on open and close, one draw not delivered then weeks after they deliver the wrong one yet! The graining on the cupboard doors doesn’t match the draws, our original top drawer now doesn’t open and close smoothly, the runners were taken off and not refitted correctly, the boarding under the cupboards is just resting in place, so they keep falling in if touched,
That’s from the first and second visit. Let’s hope third time lucky. £11000 for a job that’s far from perfect.
I had to give one star as it wouldn’t allow zero stars.
If this is the service you want carry on with your overpriced quoted, but I reccommend going elsewhere, as far away as possible.
Unfortunately we’re now battling to get it resolved as apparently everything is bespoke and takes seven weeks to
Make plus then an appointment to carry out the e traps needed
😉 Good luck
Update to your reply:-
The kitchen has never been finished firstly, so how I’d reccommend you to others is a made up story, I replied back to your email regarding photos and videos and told you that the fitter had done all this. Communicate with your installers rather than expected customers to do the job that cost over £10,000.
If you’d measured up and checked againest the bomb, we wouldn’t be in this situation, twice the wrong draw supplied, all draw fronts has the grain opposite direction to the cupboard fronts.
How can you not be aware of this mistakes. Not like you haven’t had 24 plus weeks to resolves the issues!
Communication is key, unfortunately you can’t expect the customer to take the brunt, as your staff haven’t forwarded on many emails and issues raised.
I stick by my word, get the facts before lieing either fiction!!!!!
Update from message two:-
All I want is my kitchen sorting as promptly as possible, I feel we are been more than helpful having holidays around your times. Then to find out that the second lot of draw sent is incorrect! How do they get it so wrong.
Please correct, I’ve been emailing three different people, spoke to a bloke on the phone, these emails aren’t directed at a fepartment, unfortunately the company as a whole is tarnished with the same brush. If you want names I’ve spoke with, emailed texted etc I can supply that?
Roll on when it’s sorted.

The first design appointment was a no show- no fault of the designer as they fell unwell suddenly.
After second call out price was shared after discussing all items needed. I had to chase 4 times to actually get this quote sent over, to then receive a call to say they had got it wrong and it was actually more expensive, didn’t actually say why…
Had to chase 3 times again to have the quote sent over. When I mentioned this wasn’t great having to constantly chase they said they would reduce the price, however what they didn’t mention was that they actually took 2 of the things I wanted off the original quote (they said they were never on it despite the designer measuring up for it). And for the items left on the quote the price was in fact higher than originally stated, no good will nor discount actually offered, just bumped up.
Was told ‘people get home late so forget things’ with regards to quotes not being sent, not really professional?
Communication is shocking.
And overall the price was in fact double x4 other quotes for a kitchen wrap, where as other companies were happy to offer a whole new worktop for a better price, and better reviews, not a cheaper alternative at all.
Believe the negative reviews & if it doubt look up the Facebook group of all stories.
Update to your reply -
Completely no issue with the individual falling unwell, it happens. The issue is the communication, or lack of, after.
It should not take 6 chasers to receive a quote. Or to have WhatsApp’s and emails ignored.
To also have items totally missed off a quote, and the quote sent to not be itemised is where the issue comes in, as there hasn’t been an explanation as to what originally made the price higher, as it was still excluding items I actually requested.
No one has shared what it was, making it seem like it’s just a ‘let’s bump the price up and blame a system error’. I have asked 4 times to explain what part was incorrect and no one can give me an answer.
And no, you do not need to be the cheapest on the market. But for only offering a worktop wrap, to be more expensive than an actual new work place instalment and labour is some what baffling…
I have since had another email quoting a ‘best price’ after already receiving a ‘best and final price’ it seems that no one knows what communication is as the second person wasn’t aware of any contact I had with customer service.

We had a kitchen half installed this week. We have tried multiple times to get some help with the outstanding issues but the company refuses to engage. They take full payment upfront. Please do your research before buying and don’t just rely on the Facebook reviews on the company site.

Ordered my kitchen and was looking forward to having it done. Was told three days but the fitter made many mistakes including breaking floor tiles and denting my fridge door. This went on for three months where I had boxes stacked up in the dining room and had to repeatedly chase up for answers but no one would answer the phone and then I would get told that some one would call me back but they never did. The aggro and stress it caused was not worth it and still today I am waiting for a replacement door to be fixed and this started back in March

No problem with new worktops, however much confusion over charge for disposal of waste and still waiting for a reply regarding reimbursement of disposal charge for waste that was left at my house from a previous job. Hopefully this will be resolved soon
Poor aftercare
Well worktops were fine but a free sink and taps were an absolute nightmare after 9 days and NO water in kitchen hence no washing machine I finally got my 9th sink as everyone was damaged or cracked or a composite when I ordered a white granite finally installed the aftercare is very poor when you phone you wait at least 15 minutes and all they do is apologise I feel once they have your money which is alot that’s it

A superb company . Totally reliable.
Our kitchen refurbishment was handled excellently from beginning to end. Starting with the initial meeting with Ben Shepard who was very helpful with constructive suggestions. The admistrative staff Vivienne and Poppy were polite and kept us constantly updated on progress. Deliverys were all punctual. The installers, Chris and Rhys were very enthusuastic and professional. We were delighted with the results and would thoroughly recomend this company.
Many thanks
Hazel & Jeff Ball

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism
I am absolutely appalled by the diabolical standard of workmanship and complete lack of professionalism from Joe's Doors. Three months ago, they came to fit my new kitchen cupboards and drawers. The installers left the job completely botched:
Terrible Fitting: The new cupboard doors were totally misaligned.
Incomplete Job: Multiple doors were completely missing.
Damaged Kitchen: The new drawers didn't fit, so they took them away. They re-fitted my old drawers instead, but damaged them so badly in the process that they now do not open at all.
I have spent the last three months trying to contact them multiple times to get this fixed. They have completely ignored every single phone call and message, leaving me with a broken, unfinished kitchen and missing parts. Save your money, time, and sanity. Avoid this company at all costs.
