Joe's Pedals sold me the Lauren Audio's Mustang GT "Neve 1073 Preamp in a box" overdrive pedal, which is sold and distributed from the US. I chose to order this effect pedal from their webshop because it is cheaper to import a product from the UK than it is from the US.
This was my first time buying a product from the UK after Brexit, and I was not planning to get screwed by the Customs Office with extra handling fees because the customs form did not have the right HS code. I contacted my country's Customs Office to inform them of a product being imported from the UK, and if the HS code being used was correct. Thanks to Joe's excellent help, everything went right with the importing process. It guaranteed fast shipping (that included shipment tracking).
The packaging was top-notch, and inside the package, there was a thoughtful surprise!

My communication with Joe was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ordering from this webshop.

Bought the Lichtlaerm "As Above So Below" pedal, it was delivered 2 days later. Excellent packaging, completely secure and safe. I even got a free Metallica sticker and a Joes Pedals plectrum! Haha. Mega. I'll be buying from these guys again. Fantastic service. 👌
