Purchase of Q5
We had an excellent experience at Audi Dundee from the moment we walked into the showroom up to collecting and driving off in our car. Grant & Colin were very friendly, welcoming and went to great trouble to meet our needs. Grant was extremely patient while I set up the Audi app on my phone and explained all the operating functions and features of the Q5 thoroughly. We would certainly use them again when choosing a car and would recommend them to other car purchasers. We are very pleased with our new Q5.

Hi I got my car from Audi in Dundee. I love ❤️ it, from the moment I stepped in the door I had a good vibe Stuart who I dealt with first couldn’t be any nicer and helpful lovely man. I now have Mark 😊 I can’t thank them enough for all there help on making me decide which car I needed. Even when I picked my car up the manager came out to I am very happy with the service and think I will always stay with them now. Thank for making me happy ❤️ Xx

Our sales man was fantastic. Greig was so knowledgeable about our car and handled it all with no fuss.
Couldn't have had a better experience.
Such a nice guy who made all the tech stuff really easy to follow and didn't make me feel unsure.
Brilliant covid regulation in place so happy to be supported safely.

Poor communication
Poor communication. Initially was happy on the face of things with purchase but finance was set up on wrong billing date after paying a large deposit for the car in the first instance the first payment for the car cheekily came out before 3 weeks of the initial purchase and now want to take second payment out 2 weeks after that. I’ve had the car for 4.5 weeks and about to pay my second payment for it in less than a weeks time. Poor after sales as no policy documents given to me. Was given 2 sets of keys and quick demo of the car and was on my way. All documents apparently online wasn’t given any pack with the car at all. Disappointed with the service.
