Avoid based on my own experience. Bought a Jaguar F Pace eight months ago and had a lot of issues from poor preparation and checking of the vehicle at their Pentland Jaguar site. However it gets worse, just found out the vehicle has been missold to me under Jaguar Approved Used as they stated it had full Jaguar Dealer Service History in the video I was sent. Only to find the vehicle had not been serviced for over 4 years!!!! Trying to return the vehicle. Looks like it will have to be escalated to the relevant bodies for Trading Standards and Motor Onbudsman. Disappointing.

Our complete experience of buying with Pentland was first class. James Bauld contacted us swiftly after making an on line enquiry about a Jaguar FPace.
He quickly sent us a video of the car and answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner.
We decided to take the plunge and travel from Suffolk to Edinburgh to purchase the vehicle,largely on the basis that James had won over our trust.
When we arrived at the showroom we were greeted pleasantly by the lady at the front reception and given a very nice coffee and a tasty Tunnocks tea cake!
Our new car was beautifully presented and James took the time to talk us through key elements of the car and all matters relating to the payment, insurance etc.
The whole experience was smooth, professional and friendly. We would definitely buy from here again.

Car was in for service and MOT, got a price for service which I accepted when I collected car they said they had made mistake with service cost and new price was a lot cheaper,so thank you for your honesty!

Bought a 21 plate range rover velar in February was not happy with the tyres was told they were ok 2 months later and less than 1000 miles took it back to land rover and was told it needed 4 tyres at my expense . Supposedly hitting pot holes cracked the tyres nothing to do with the tyers being 5 years old and worn
