Helpful receptionists. Good video of issues with car. Timely repair, hopefully effective. Not cheap. Took time to get appointment even though warning light displayed.

Everything went to plan & was very professional. Our Land Rover service agent was Rebecca who did a great job & organised the visit. The lady on reception also looked after us well. I did not see the actual technicians but they also did a most professional & thorough job.The service centre was Pentland Rover Perth

Terrible service!
Terrible service!! Went into book a service, waited over 40 minutes for someone from service to be available as a result I left but the receptionist assured me someone would call me to book my car in. ELEVEN days later still no call. Called them to speak to the service manager and the dealership manager to be told I can always take my car to another dealer and not to use Pentland Landrover Perth. Would never ever buy a car from them, service is terrible. They genuinely do not care about the customer. Staff turnover is very high. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I couldn’t have had a better…
I couldn’t have had a better experience. My Discovery 5 went in on an afternoon for a couple of minor issues. I was driven five miles back to my home and the car, nicely washed and repaired, was delivered back to my home before 9am the next day. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
