I sell a unique range of statement earrings and pendants. Everything is made by hand in my studio, using aluminium to be super-light on the ear. Earring fittings and pendant chains are made from sterling silver. The gorgeous designs are inspired by the work of craftspeople and artists across the world and spanning cultures: from Ottoman vases to Japanese silks, to ceramics from the Blue Mosque.

Fabulous fun jewellery
The website is easy to use. The earring are just as gorgeous as their pictures and so light and comfortable whilst still feeling luxurious. The prices are fair. The communication is good without bombarding you with unnecessary communications. Honestly I'm in love and planning to build a huge collection of this fabulous fun jewellery!

I saw the advert for your beautiful…
I saw the advert for your beautiful earrings a couple of moths ago. I never / rarely buy myself jewellery.
I kept looking at the screenshot I'd taken and in the end gave in!!
When they came I was NOT disappointed.

I’m sorry that you did not yet receive the earrings. They were dispatched on 10th December, but indeed you should have received them three working days ago. I assume they are delayed in the mail this close to Christmas. I do not have tracking on the free dispatch, so I rely my customers to tell me if they do not receive items when they expect - unfortunately you did not contact me, so this is the first I am aware.
Given how close to Christmas we are, I do expect that you will still receive the ones sent within the next couple of days. However, to ensure that you receive your item in time for Christmas, I will send you a replacement via Tracked, today.
Unusual and Well Made
Wrong item received but quickly sorted. Earrings bought for a gift and are different (from what is available on the high street) and well made I can see why niece requested them.

Quick efficient service of my order, my only criticism would be that I found I had to make 2 entirely separate orders as I couldn’t return to shopping after making 1 order ( I wanted different items). I was pleased they were shipped together but that wasn’t clear from the update email. It wasn’t until they arrived that I knew that both had been shipped. I will admit as an older person I am not the best with technology.
