Dear John Lewis, your customer experience team really surpassed themselves. Having discovered, after a lapse of three months (my fault), that only part of a delivery had taken place, the team jumped to it and within a week the missing part had been delivered and installed. I could not have asked for more. My thanks to Paul who made all this happen. Gold stars all round.

I enjoyed my visit to John Lewis and found my interactions with the staff very helpful and friendly.

I wasn’t impressed with these sandals. Although I ordered the wide-fit version, they were far too wide for my feet and didn’t provide a good fit. The material also looked very plastic-like, which made them appear cheap and less attractive than they did online. Unfortunately, they didn’t look good on, and I really should have returned them.

Easy to order and incredibly fast service

The customer service person was extremely slow. I was hanging on for 23 minutes as she struggled to make herself understood( very strong South African accent) & operate the system.

John Lewis has an excellent range of quality kitchenware in store. I was as able to purchase a kitchen utensil that was of better quality than the one that I had. Friendly staff and helpful.

Outrageous. I bought a £1800 Sony TV less than four months ago which has just failed and JLP refuse to replace. Instead offering a repair that will take up to 28 days from the point i'm offered an appointment.

When i asked to escalate - i was met first with a flat refusal and then the anonymous manager refused to speak directly with me.

This is not good enough - a premium brand tv from an organisation that sells its brand on service. Never again

It is always a pleasure browsing and buying in John Lewis at WGC. The shopping environment is relaxing and the staff very friendly.
It is also nice to get a bargain in the sale!

We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at the Welwyn Garden City store when we were looking for a suit for our 16 year old son. A young woman in glasses assisted us and was absolutely incredible. She was able to quickly find a perfect suit, shirt, tie, shoes and belt that all fit him perfectly and look fantastic. We are all so thrilled that we will be bringing him back for more school suits and bringing my husband in for clothing as well. It was truly a top notch experience (she also ordered in items to be shipped to our home that weren’t in stock) and I am beyond pleased and grateful. Thank you!

Great online service, lots of choices in products. The ordering, payment and delivery was really easy and stress free. Our new tv was delivered by two smart gentlemen, and were both courteous and professional in their job.
