I did Johnny’s 7-day course in June -- what an experience! I work in compliance, so I’m naturally pretty risk averse and it took me months to commit to it.

Honestly, life feels different after the course. I walk around now knowing that people are by default, friendly and that if you just bring yourself and good energy to an interaction, it usually lands in a positive way.

Before the course I was dependent on the apps and was unsatisfied. Post course, I’m going back to London to go on four dates, and I’m actively approaching girls. Honestly, it feels like I’ve spent my whole adult life missing out and cannot thank Johnny enough for opening my eyes.

One thing I really valued was Johnny’s observant mentorship. He was present, observed how things went, and coached me based on that -- it wasn’t some cookie-cutter advice.

If you’re on the fence about doing it, just do it. You won’t look back -- I promise!

I worked with Johnny for around 5-6 months after going through a really tough breakup. I was looking for support and guidance to rebuild my confidence and re-enter the dating world, and Johnny provided exactly that—and more.

His weekly community calls were incredibly useful. He tailored each session to the group’s needs, demonstrating his deep expertise from years of helping others. Whether it was social dynamics, self-improvement, or dating strategies, Johnny had a knack for breaking things down in a way that was insightful and actionable.

What stood out most was his dedication. He went above and beyond to help me navigate every challenge I faced, offering personalised advice and unwavering support. We covered key topics like social circle building, getting into a confident state, creating tension, and setting healthy boundaries—all of which gave me a stronger understanding of myself and my interactions with others.

I genuinely enjoyed working with Johnny and learned a tremendous amount. His guidance was instrumental in my growth, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their relationships, dating life, or overall self-confidence.

Did some sessions forward and back with Johnny during a 2 year period 5-7 years back. What has stuck with me the most is the mindset of going for what you want in life and being unapologetic about it.
I’ve now been with my wife for the last 5 years, is happily married and have a baby on the way.

I think I started working with Johnny for 2 reasons.
1) I had a lot of fears instilled very deeply in me through childhood which made it difficult to speak with anyone about anything. To overcome that and become the charismatic person who can talk with anyone about anything would feel like the ultimate revenge over that and mastery of myself.
2) Physical touch was difficult and I could often get panic attacks when women touched me as well as having “difficulties” during sex (Either related to child-trauma, being molested etc or not), which made me avoid all opportunities to get close with women and I felt that this was something I had to push myself towards over and over again until I got over it.

Johnnys guidance and the effort I made towards it changed everything in the way I communicate and see myself.
People often say they've never met anyone who's transformed as much as me.

Before this I was very shy, after I could say anything to anyone and I had to actively try to unlearn many of the habits I've learned (the first weeks after deciding to be serious with my now wife when I went out to buy gel and first got the number from a women selling me a take away coffee and then from another one selling me the hair gel. Not because I in any way tried to get them but because I was communicating in a way so that’s what happened when I was not attentive enough at NOT getting their numbers.)

For me this teaching was never about pickup, being someone else or learning a fixed set of techniques. Instead it was about being yourself in the best, most vulnerable and powerful f***ing way it is. And that’s what truly matters.
Getting some result through a predetermined set of actions is nothing, transforming yourself and having a genuine connection with a fantastic person is everything.

I met some truly, mindblowingly fantastic people through this journey and they absolutely cured me from the deepest of depths.

(Example: When you’ve grown up hearing that your thoughts, feelings and emotions are nothing and you have a beautiful, capable women you met the previous day ask you about it right after you f****ed her for the first time and she cries and shakes for literally 3-4 hours over those few words, it starts to crack something within yourself as well.)

Not everything about these days was good, and I do regret some things I did but for me the transformation that came through this journey was necessary and Johnny was definitely a really important part of it.
