Burger patty is grilled and tender. Flavor is good as well but not that good comparing to other famous burger restaurant

Very disappointing experience with the Helmond branch.

I placed an order and clearly requested delivery at 18:30, but the food arrived around 18:00 and was already cold. When I contacted the branch to explain the situation, instead of receiving assistance or even a simple apology, the manager told me to just heat the food myself and eat it. The call was then disconnected three times.

I later went to the branch in person to address the issue, and the manager’s behaviour was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The way I was spoken to inside the restaurant was completely unacceptable.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a regular customer of this branch and have ordered from them many times before. There were previous occasions where food arrived cold or the order was incomplete, but I always tried to handle it calmly.

This time, however, the lack of professionalism and the disrespectful attitude from someone representing the brand was shocking.

Although the payment was eventually refunded, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope the head office of Johnny’s Burger Company reviews what is happening at the Helmond branch and takes this matter seriously.

Absolutely disgusting burgers
It’s a Mac knockoff but 100x worse
Every thing is soggy and oily
The bacon was simply not cooked just a raw piece of bacon
The bun taste like chemicals with a weird taste of burn
Simply not eatable

Burgers were not baked well. Food was cold. Spent more than 50€ to throw it away. Only chips and sauces were good.

Johnny’s Burger came to my rescue when I was attacked by the notorious Chuck E. Cheese gang. I was simply minding my own business when the Chuck E. Jimmies gang ambushed me, pelting me with rock-hard pizza slices. Just when things looked bleak, Johnny’s Burger appeared like a hero out of nowhere. With one swift punch, he took down the entire gang, and as a reward, handed me a free Big Johnny Burger. Before I could even say thank you, he vanished into thin air, leaving me with a full stomach and a heart full of gratitude. Thank you, Johnny’s Burger. You’re a true lifesaver.

I got some take out with my bestfriend it's 2 am rn and I just shit and threw up Everything in my body at the same time.

Horrible service,waited hour and half and they got my order wrong,waited another hour just to get a call that “the milkshake machine is broken” such a scamm…don't order from this place!

Part of our order was missing. Called and they said that they would bring it. Did not happen. 1.5 hours later and its still missing. Also the twisterfries were super bad. Do not recommend.

Worst burgers company and worst employee

To whom may concern, I went with my friends here in Arnhem branch and I witnessed on nasty behavior and they brought wrong order to me I have my receipt with my bonnummer 38 . Datum 23/05/2024 time around 22:00

They didn’t refund me the wrong order it was their fault and I’m not responsible for the wrong order I was also surprised with their dirty kitchen not clean at all I’m. If they don’t understand the order well then why the hell you hire such stupid stuff I need my money back scammers The proof is with me

Delicious burgers. Juicy chicken and a good vegetarian option. Must visit for burger lovers!

Delivery took a long time. I received the food cold

I can summarize my visit in one word: Dreadful. Even Chef Boyardee would be disgusted by this sorry attempt at a meal. This place is very dumpy and in a serious need of a fresh paint job. I asked for my steak medium, but it was frozen in the center. The service was terrible. The waiter was very clueless. 1 star. Never again.

Stopped in on a recent road trip. Best burger I've had in a while

I have ordered many times at Johny's burger in The Hague and the quality is always very good, my children love it! The delivery is always on time and in case of a delay they are calling and making sure to inform you. I really recommend this place.
