Some error-messages aren't explicit enough and there are smaller inconveniences in input-fields and other minor problems.

I like the facility to join and register with the company, as well as the scores provided based on the job you are looking for.
Something I would add is a button to add the job to the ones you have applied and that way you can keep track. That could be helpful.
