my domain got suspended within 2 days after the registration while the support tickets i sent got ignored for over 5 days
when they did reply they just kept sending me the exact same email about how they forwarded the issue to the "responsible department" and i have yet to receive anything new from them. when i tried to contact via phone it's just a pre-recorded message. easily the worst customer service i've experienced so far
My password is no longer working
My password is no longer working. I have sent multiple emails to Joker regarding this. Their site tells me they have sent an email with instructions for resetting the password. I never receive it. I have received one response from their customer support that only asked for my domain name. That was last week and I have never received the information I requested. I have been with Joker for years and I have never received service like this. Are they still in business?
They simply don't care
It is so easy to say I am sorry, we messed it up!
22 years as loyal customers, a few days ago my site is not working and my emails are not working. I check everything at server level and it is all fine.
DNS lookup of my domain and it looks like the domain doesn't exist. I go to my Joker control panel, no dns recods.
I tell them, and no reply for a day. After several other emails finally the records re-appear. But the site continues down.
The weekend comes, and of course no reply and no action during the weekend.
On Monday they reply that they don't see any problem.
On Monday evening, I recreate all the records one by one, and my site finally returns.
More emails, and of course no reply.
Everybody can make mistakes, I did one at renewal time this year, and I had to pay well for it.
Now, if you would have pay me just a little bit of attention, and say I am sorry, I wouldn't have mind.
But your lack of care after 22 years is offensive.
I don't know if they don't know, they don't care, or they don't have any staff. The result is the same, bye bye Joker
They refused to address my domain name…
They refused to address my domain name and certificate linking it to DNS servers regardless of charging me a large amount of money. Do not recommended this site. I would use wix website and domain instead
Disappointed beyond belief
After being a customer for more than 10 years registering hundreds of domains for our clients, we once need customer support. However that seems to be none existing. No questions are answered even thou they are asked repeatedly. Slow response time, +24h between each response, clearly lack of technical knowledge. Zero star!

After decades of being a customer, I am moving all my domains. Worse customer service, every email they sent to you is a pre-written emails and no real support. I am done with this company, there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.
