So far so good

So far, the taste is good. But the taste is quite different from what it was 2 years ago.
I am still the big fans of Jollibee.

My order was for takeout-When 2 becomes1

My order was for takeout, 2 orders of
2pc-burger steak with rice.
When I arrived home very excited to eat as I was already hungry, it turned out that each box contained only 1pc burger steak. Though it’s a hassle and distance is a concern, i decided to go back for them to know and be improved on the next customers.
Got a simple “sorry” from the branch manager. Thank you!

chicken taste different, for weeks now.

Hi, we are in alameda area, and we love jollibee, almost every week we dine in, the very first day they open we were there, everything was excellent, then lately we noticed that the 1) chicken joy become salty and 2) kind of not evenly seasoned and 3) not crispy anymore, why??

Jollibee Sta Rosa Heights

Jollibee Sta Rosa Heights, Sta Rosa.
We ordered drive thru breakfast and they used defective coffee cup. When we complaint they exchange and used cup for juice instead. How can you drink a hot coffee using a defective cup for juice???We returned it to them. So we had breakfast without coffee. 😡

The Jollibee chicken sandwich is an okay-delicious. It's juicy and crispy. Just enough to fill me up, unlike the yumburger that takes two for me to feel satisfied. Must-try for the people who haven't tried it yet.

american experience here

im american living here have a mcd;s and a jolibee close by. as the mcd's hasnt been up to american standards i tried the jolibee the burgers were a bit warmer than mcd's but not as they should be for the wait i have to do! i tried the chicken sandwhich, "not" the crunchy one? not sure as no-one could tell me if they only have crunchy!? first one i had was definitely crunchy as it was well done!! next one crunchy also mcd's wins on that sandwhich! burgers at mcd's here are "dry"! jolibee wins on that! i dont think its the food, i think its the crew or protocol they use in prepping! ive sat and watched partial orders sit on the counter while awaiting compleletion! thats why they are cold! maybe the crews are just too much kids to do things right, or they arent trained well enough! the work ethics here are so much different. here its take it or leave it i guess...in america we dont have to do that, if its cold or wrong they replace it no arguements! here as in all things once you pay for it, its yours wether its crap or breaks or is sub-standard! im betting joilbees in america do a much better job as americans will not settle for sub-standard food and the bzness will quickly die! filipinos are willing to just roll over and accept whatever is given to them......so i found burger king and their chicken sandwhich is supreme to all others perfectly done, lettuce and mayo and good size..worth me driving too to get that!!! oh! and jolibee never ever has put napkins on my tray!! one time they did and there was 6 of us and they gave us 2 napkins!!! i definitely demanded more! what is it with the filipinos and paper? is it such a commodity? or do filipinos just use their hands and sleeves to clean up??

They don't have the spicy chicken yet…

They don't have the spicy chicken yet or mango pies which were the dishes I wanted to try. The original chicken was very underwhelming. The seasoning was mediocre, your local chicken shop probably seasons better, but the crunchiness of the chicken was nice and it wasn't too oily. If the seasoning was better I would have been happier.

Poor Customer Service to Senior Citizens

May bad experience at Jollibee ARDI III Commercial Complex, San Andres, Cainta Rizal. Customer Sales Invoice 01093955. Aug 10, 2024 15:15

There are 4 of us senior citizens who bought food for take out since the restaurant has no seats available. Just one of the seniors s went to the cashier to order and the 3 others stayed in car. The cashier, Rochelle Marcelo asked if all 4 seniors are present and I said yes. The cashier said all 4 has to come to the counter to sign the receipt. I said our car is parked at a distant place since the restaurant has no parking.
She then referred me to the Manager on Floor, named Agnes, and insisted that the restaurant protocol is that that all seniors should be present to sign the receipt. I said I will take the receipt and have all the other 3 seniors sign in the car. The manager did not agree and insisted that the seniors should be present.

My issues are: 1) Can the restaurant not be flexible to understand the situation of the customer? The least that I expected is for the manager to allow me to bring the receipt to the car for signature of the other 3 seniors or she should have sent one crew to obtain the signature. 2) Why do the restaurant not have a parking space?.

Jollibee nasugbu is the worst ever

Jollibee nasugbu is the worst ever! We went there at 7 am today, from the cashier up to the dining service the guy name philip, we ask for a gravy then we was told to go down to get our gravy. Where's the comfort to the customer????

Poor service

I just want to raise a question and give feedback. 1st, please train your cashier to put customer 1st before anything else. 1 pos open at dinner time. With a long long line..Your cashier named Sweet maraming ganap, entertaining customer. Then ipawait ka kasi shes entertaining his co workers. Sana ako muna kasi ive waited for that long line, then ipapawait mo ako with maldita tone of voice, di nga accomodating sa customers. Take note with False eyelashes na muntik nang mahulog. Pwede po ba ito? Waiting for our food more than 15 mins. Our food is cold. Take note ang peach mango pie naka wrap sa burger wrapper. Asking a drinking water, but your staff answered me na wala daw silang drinking water and di daw pwede inumin, and i ask him, anong water ang tinimpla nyo sa ice tea nyo? He answered sa soda. I just wondering? Safe ba kaya ang ice tea or what? Bakit walang water? Then bakit di pwedeng inumin? Anyways. So disappointing sa service nang Jollibee Butuan Robinsons

The service of the crew is slow

The service of the crew is slow. My order was also wrong twice. If it's called fast food, the crew should uphold the credibility of the company by providing fast service. It's also the job of the managers to check if their crew is providing the right service. I used to be a crew member, and during my time, we made sure that there were no mistakes in the orders and that we served customers quickly. Even just greeting customers is not being done anymore. Having many customers doesn't mean you should neglect serving them well.

Leaving customer's order in the claiming area unattended

My order is already prepared in the claiming area and they leave it unattended. You have to wait another 30mins inorder to complete the order for just the drink. Queuing device might not even helped the process. However the device cause inaccurate place of order resulting of confusion because of the staff is untrained of using it. -Bacnotan, La Union Branch
