why is it that jollibee always asks you to wait 12-20 mins for champ and/or a chicken sandwich, why the is it even called fast food if we order this foods and then wait for them every time. specially on a drive thru. everytime well be told to wait for it at the side of the drive road, how about just having those meals be prepared like any other meals you have on the menu, what the hell is your problem jollibee just name it slow food instead

Jollibee Zamboanga at Pilar Street does not follow their hours of operations. They are supposed to open at 6 AM but the crew team are still not ready. They kept on promising us that they will let us in soon but it was already almost 6:20 when they finally opened the store.

We visited Jollibee San Leonardo a couple of weeks ago, and I must say that the turnaround time between customers is very slow, and when we had to wait for our order to think that we only ordered their fried chicken which should be always available since it's their main product. I give them 3 stars for the slow service, but, I admit that the food is good.

I order at jollibee Novaliches branch june 09 2023 around 6pm.. Pansin ko lang parang more on 10mis or lagpas na sa holding time yung mga na serve nilang products samin. Like yung spaghetti its so dry 😶🙄 and yung chicken nila ay maliliit at isa pa yung fries po kinda matigas nadin hays, sobrang nag crave pa naman kami ng partner ko sa jollibee products nila pero di kami nasiyahan.

I ordered 6 piece Chicken joy bucket and requested all drumsticks but only received 3 and the rest were thighs.I didn't receive my gravy so I contacted the manager after I discovered my order my was incorrect. He told me he would correct the issue @ hand. He was able to pull up my order & I was told when u come back I will credit you a 4 piece drumsticks & gravy & I will document this info on the register to your order number which was 412. When I return the next day there was another manager @ the location instead by the name of Ronnie. Who acted like he didn't want to help me at all. He asked for my receipt which I didn't have. He then proceeded to pull up my order number from the night before and quickly said I don't see it. I told him never mind! As much as they charge for chicken My ORDER should be CORRECT & I should be able to get any piece of CHICKEN I WANT! but you will not have to worry about that occurring and because I will not be RETURNING!!

I would like to raise a concern/complain about JOLLIBEE BRGY.TUY BATANGAS
We went on vacation at calatagan and on our way home to manila,we stopped at their branch to get a quick meal because we're really hungry, while ordering at the cashier named "Crisel" I politely asked her if we can get 4 orders of burger meal but with unsalted fries since we preffered low salt on fries, unfortunately she replied " di pwede! Lahat may salt, I asked her di ka pwede mag pafry ng bago? She said hindi e so I ask again with a confused face "di pwede? Prawn face she asked the guy in the kitchen to cook a new fries for us, though we're willing to wait. After the transaction the crew at the cashier gather together while gossiping and looking at us, they're laughing while looking at us and we got so confused and this girl named "Celestine" staring at us wihtout blinking so I asked her what's the matter she said nothing. Our order was served by the guy named "Junjun" who was also laughing with another crew while looking at us, suprisingly he served 5 burger meals, so I gave him the receipt to double check how many meals we paid,he said 5 orders so we asked a refund for the excess meal.
When he get back and He gave us the money that we paid I raise the concern hoping that there will be an action taken about the behavior of the crew at that branch. I saw him talking to the manager on duty but no one approcahed us to even say sorry for the service. I've been a customer since I was a kid but this branch got me so disappointed.

I ordered coffee float, dine in and requesting if I can have straw, hindi ako binigyan because strawless daw.. pero pag take out pwed sila mag bigay. I insist to have one politely, since float nman order ko ang mahirap sya inumin ng strawless. Sad lang ang panget namn ng policy. Pag pinatake out pwed, so ililipat pa sa disposable cup much waste of supplies. Hayy..

Today June 3, 2023 while waiting for our order with my family at Talamban Grand Mall Branch Cebu, I need to use comfort room and when I returned to our dinning table the food was ready and finally we were able to ate, but I noticed that I lost my shoulder bag in the cr. During that time I dont know how I feel, because all my valuable things are inside the bag, atm, credit cards, i.d's cellphone and cash amounting to 6,000.00. I rushed to go back to the cr but unfortunately my bag was not there anymore. I approached one of the boy Crew near the cr and he accompanied me to the Security Guard and to the Manager I think. They ask me to describe my bag all the details and there I found out that my bag was returned by a very good customer, an honest person and most of all a God fearing one. Thank you Very Much Sir Rene, ang GINOO nalang ang baws sa imong kaayo, I pray that God will give you back seven fold of what is inside my bag to you. And of course to the Manager & staff of this Branch a sincere thank you to all of you. May Gob shower you all more blessings in your life and in your job.

Jollibee pacific mall lucena yong crew na trisha ang nasa name plate 2x na ako naka order don puro bad experience naranasan ko don super sungit pa nag order ako una for take out burger steak at mcfloat sagot saakin wala daw pang take out kaya ako kaht nag taka ako n ngayon lang nawalan png take out sige nalang kasi gutom na ako hanap ako sa iba 2nd order ko sinungitan ako agang aga sabi ko buger stake at fries which is d ko na na imik na mix and match sabi sakin sabihin kong mix and match pra ma punch wala manlang psabi na mam next time po pasabi nalang po if mix and match po para po ma punch po pero hindi e sungit sungit then sabi ko pa bago ako umalis sa counter sabi ko pasamahan n ng tubig sabi nya i sserve nalang po tapos na ako kumain wala pa yong tubig so bad attitude

I order Burger steak at JB032 72 P CAMPUS AVE, DASMARIÑAS CAVITE of mix and match I request a new freshly food, I saw an order more than a minute in a tray outside in the receive but they return inside of heater so they this one they give to me, not hot rice, the burger steak not hot,

MANAGER NAMED IAN WAS INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE.
I have visually impaired husband who craved for a plain burger from jollibee.
So we went to SM STA MESA after his visit to Medical City.
Since no available seats .. i had to let my husband sit near the grocery. I went to jollibee store and orderd 2 burger meal.
I was so worried since i cant see my husband from the claim section. So i asked the MANAGER NAMED IAN to please if possible since my number at the last ... Can he do me favor to be assisted first since i am with visually impaired or blind person. And told him that my husband was alone far from the store. He said , MAGIGING UNFAIR NAMAN PO KUNG UUNAHIN KO KAYO MAGAGALIT UN IBA. PERO IPRIO KO.

What a rude and inconsiderate answer from a MANAGER.

I went out of the store ..went to where my husband sitting and walked him to the store and then they were all looking at me .. like i surprised them .

It's sad that this happened today, I totally paid for my 4 orders, but when we checked it was late, one order was missing and it was for my child,we didn't go back because we were far away and the Mall was about to close. Please always double check the receipt and order if it's complete or not so you can early rectify.

I was disppointed with their poor service and filled out a survey. After a few days, one lady called me and offered two pieces of chicken for free as long as I told the staff my name and phone number and also there is no expiry date. After a few months, I went there and was told by Rigor that it was too long and also they have no record. This is even worse after my long trip to the restaurant. I wish there is a choice of no star. To tell you the truth, Church's chicken is even more delicious.

I Ordered The 6 Pieces Of Chicken Which Was Dark Meat Only & Jolly Spaghetti Family Pak The Chicken Was Very Bland & Tasteless The Spaghetti Had Hot Dogs Cut Up In It & Taste Horrible I Do NOT Recommend Jollibee Restaurant.

The chicken sandwich at first, was a 5 star for me. It’s a new menu, so everytime we eat at jollibee at different branches, we always order it. But now, the quality is not maintained. The chicken is not crispy like it is advertised. The chicken joy, spicy and original, is also not crispy. The palabok is now bland unlike before. The breakfast sandwich is small, you can eat it in 3 bites.

jollibee is so great, the food is so yummy.

Our Sunday habit (after church) is to eat at Jollibee. Our all-time favorites are the famous chicken Joy, yum burger and burger steak. It is a joy to see that my kids are also enjoying our go-to fast food restaurant and the taste didn't change. It is also growing bigger as it is being introduced across the globe. Truly, in Jollibee "bida ang saya" :)

My Jollibee chicken joy bring so much joy to my childhood and up until today. The chicken joy is always the best and the great costumer service is awesome. definitely introduce Jollibee to my son and now he likes it too.

I ate at Jollibee taytay bayan branch.. di naman sadya na bloody pa yung chicken but sana may nag assist o nag approach manlang saken for that case kaso wala walang lumapit manlang.. i work at food industry din but also i say sorry in behalf of our team para sa mga ganitong cases ... And also if long lines man kayo sana may nag ra-run o nag assemble sa tabi ni cashier para mas mapabilis ang transaction at punch lang ng punch si cashier ...
