Great florist for International Destinations. Can't thank them enough for the delightful selection they sent my sister in England. Just picked the title of the flowers and left it up to them. She was over the moon because it had willow in it with lots of purple and lilacs. Amazing, it was delivered next day. Cheered my sister up and myself also that she had been thought of. Some times you just have to pick someone and this looked good. Paid by PayPal which is always a good thing for me. So everyone was happy. Much appreciated.

I've used Jolly Florist's services twice, well, actually three times. The second order was for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Due to a technical issue, the bouquet wasn't delivered. It's a shame, but that can happen. My money was refunded, and I ordered a new bouquet for a belated Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend.

Never received a delivery confirmation. When I reached out to customer service, I received a response 2 days later in my email that read, "Local florist said flowers were delivered. Regards, JL" Lame.

Simply you 🤬 up!! Australia to France $300+ flowers with chocolates to a Maternity Hospital didn’t happen while the recipient was still is hospital fours day later. My emails were ignored on following up with your company even with using your website link. What should have been a celebratory experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Used another company inter-flora and flowers delivered next day. Never use your company again.

Where are the flowers?
Where are the flowers?! It is past due. It has been scheduled at a earlier time (followed up a reminder message) to send flowers to a funeral on Feb 6, 2026. The price over the quote was charged without any delay but no signs of any flowers delivered at a dedicated place. Very disappointed......
