Was promised my dress would be at my event on time. I ordered a month in advance with rush delivery and it arrived 4 days late. I demanded a refund as it was $200 for a dress I can never wear. No responses from customer service after emailing daily and face book messaging. If you want your dress on time to wear at an event DO NOT order from jolly she. You'll generic emails promising on time delivery and it won't get there on time

Ordered a dress, shoes, and clutch for my daughter for prom. Paid $30 for the "rush delivery" they gave me a delivery date of 3 days before prom. It was a custom made dress and in the return policy it says you can't return unless it's wrong size or defective. That should have been a red flag to begin with. The order wasn't here the day they said it would be. We did get it the day before prom and the quality of the dress wasn't the greatest. The shoes didn't fit, but the clutch was beautiful. There isn't a number to call (another red flag) just an email. They will not return anything without pictures. Who does that? The shoes didn't fit and I emailed to "try" and get a product return form. After about three weeks of back and forth they denied my return saying "
All our shoes are custom made in standard sizes,
sorry ,we cannot do returns in the sizes problem" when it clearly states in their return policy that they do return for size issues. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

My best friend and I both got our dresses from this site and they both came in all messed up the measurements were off even though we got them custom sized. My dress didn't look like the picture it was way too low in the back and showed half my butt the top was way too long and was cut super low. The hips were sown all wrong like when I put the dress on it made me look like I had two pairs of hips. My best friends dress was too small and had to be let out the sequins on the top we're falling off and on of her sleeves was ripped open when she got it. My prom is tomorrow night and I can't go because my dress is messed up and it's too late to get a new one. If you are curvy DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They obviously don't know how women are shaped this is horrible and I will never buy from this site again. And it came later than the latest day it said that it would come. I'm just fed up with this company.

Very bad service-the dress didn't fit right after being measured for that size, JOLLY PROM gives the run around about sending pictures and we sent them multiple times and they did nothing but kept asking for more pics and still nothing 2 weeks before her prom. don't deal with them-your dream will be stressful dealing with them. they taking money and not delivering results or fixing the issues. BAD COMPANY -STAY AWAY

Complete scam! Spread the word! Contact the US Department of Consumer Affairs and file a complaint! They stole our money. We never got the dress for my daughter's senior prom and we've been trying for nearly 2 months to get our money back! STAY AWAY!

Personally,I was skeptical about ordering from this website because the prices were so cheap for beautiful evening gowns, and I placed my order on March 20th, I recieved an email saying my dress was shipped out on March 31st and sent me a tracking number with DHL. I received the dress on April 4th just 17 days before my prom! I ordered a size 6 in burgundy and the dress overall was stunning. The only issues I had was that the dress was a lot lighter in person; it was a darker red. I had to alter it a little on the bust area but no major alterations. I loved my dress and I will def be ordering from here again!

The following is one of 12 different emails in which I tried to return an item they sent me in the wrong size and color from which I ordered. After all of it they refuse to follow their own policy.
{Look, I have clearly stated that this dress is not the color in your internet catalog. In addition the bust is 2-1/2" larger than I ordered. Both the color not being white as advertised (it came to me with a tan top) and the fact that it was not made to the size that I ordered are clearly stated as valid reasons for a full refund/ return per your return policy. Since I am not satisfied with either aspect of this dress, I would like to return it. I would like to solve this issue as quickly as I can and without hassle. I only want you to follow your own return policy and issue my return.}

Had to by my daughter a second dress due to lack of delivery. My bank called right after I ordered. I should have taken the clue. False promise of "rushed" delivery since they were behind schedule. They don't respond to questions. No money back guarantee.

Don't recommend this site, be careful.It seems like a new site, not safe.
