I recently bought a BMW from Jonathan Dawson car sales and am more than happy with both the car and the service received. Helpful and no pressure at point of viewing the car and agreed fair part ex for my car. Car did develop 1 issue within a couple of weeks of purchase however there was nothing to suggest it was a known issue (I test drove and drove for a week with no problems) Jonathan & Julie both went out of their way to make sure the car got sorted. At the end of the day I’d bought the cheapest car they had on sale at the time and it was 11 years old so I’m sure some dealers would have not been so helpful in resolving. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately I have not had the experience so called genuine customers claimed to of had with Jonathan Car Sales Ltd.. I purchased a BMW Series 3 - when I reported concern and complaint relating to the car I purchased from Jonathan Car Sales Ltd as being faulty - they did accept liability - parts of faults, but not take responsibility for other faults reported within statutory period. The majority faults concluded by an Inspection of reputable companies who agreed the was numerous faults with the car I was sold - companies who Inspected my car was BMW Williams - MAC Automotive Group - National Tyres and Auto care. Don't believe everything you read on the ratings. In my opinion I was mislead by the Jonathan Dawson Car Sales Limited - I urge you to take into consideration my experience and the fact my complaint is genuine and that this case is now being dealt with by third party - unable to disclosure details at this stage.
