Prey on the elderly and vulnerable
These disgusting leaches have just tried to tell my parents that they need to pay £600 to help get attendance allowance after my 86 year old father, who has heart failure, responded to an advert. Vultures who prey on the vulnerable like this company should be behind bars.

Be prepared to be read T & C's when errors happen.
UPDATE
Once as response from the company - A senior member got involved and all items were resolved . We are now finalising .
Please note you must be professional with them as with all - it's about resolving the issues NOT blame.
I will be recommending them to my circle !
