The Jones house is great and worth the money.

This company is a joke. I bought an apartment from them under the discount to open market value scheme, and whilst I was aware I would be paying maintenance charges for the upkeep of the areas surrounding the property, the fees they ask for are nothing short of ridiculous. The amount changes all the time, they add on services that were not asked for nor required, and they've even had the audacity to charge me for Land liability insurance, health and safety inspections and fire safety risk assessments. This is something a landlord is responsible for by law, yet they've passed the extortionate fees onto the buyers instead. When we challenged this, the maintenance company told us that Jones homes "hadn't given the correct information upon purchase and should have told you that your apartment is in fact a company, therefore you are required to cover the costs of risk assessments and insurance". Needless to say, I checked on Companies House and this was an outright lie. I challenged them and they continued to maintain that our entire street was a registered
company and we as buyers must foot their bills, and when I told them if they have set up a company in my name without my knowledge or consent, that is fraud, his response was to claim I signed up for this. I checked my contract and that absolutely was not the case, but according to them I bought a property from them and somehow ended up financially responsible for the upkeep and insurance for entire street. I have never heard anything so ridiculous.

Additonally, we had been paying into a reserve fund for 4 years, only to be told the £2000 we had paid into within that timeframe had somehow disappeared, so they are thieves as well as liars.

This company is morally bankrupt and an absolute disgrace and I would never buy from them again.

Jones homes build quality, process of the sale was great and the sales executives and site manager at Beaumont Grange were really friendly and helpful throughout the process. Appreciate their wonderful support. Overall the handover process was clear and flawless.

Excellent customer service, Gail looked after us really well and was a mine of useful information, steering us through the process expertly. The quality of the build is far superior to other new builds that we viewed and the building after care is excellent. Neil the site manager was really helpful.

First class customer service.

From the monent of buying my home to moving in all went very smooth. Karen ( the sales lady) played a massive part with securing my home.
Jones Homes as a company are great and the houses they build are so attractive.
With regards to customer services i believe there is room for improvement.
All in all 10 out of 10

Karen (sales advisor) and Paul (site manager) made our move go very smoothly. Always there to answer any questions. Would recommend Jones Homes if you are looking to buy a new house - professional company.

Martin and Ben!

Martin and Ben have recently completed an open snag at our home to the highest standard of work. Both were polite, helpful and respectful of my home. They took pride in their work and ensured a hight standard when fixing the original issue. Both are an asset to the Jones team. Also a shout out to Sue in the office who kept us updated throughout!

No pushy sales and never felt pressured to proceed. Action taken straight away when small problems were reported.
Quality of our new home is much more than other builders we looked at. More space and more higher end items included as a standard e.g big shower head on showers

All the team were so helpful throughout the process, even after moving into our lovely new home they've been so attentive. Moving is always a painful process but Jones homes make it so much easier!

Ben Marriott from customer care always goes above and beyond when sorting out our snagging bits and bobs in the house. He is a perfectionist and very friendly. He always makes sure we are happy with the work he has done and leaves the house as he finds it. He is a credit to Jones Homes!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Jonathan Forrest; he's been great since he began supporting with our issues. Communicative, calm, professional and vitally gets stuff done! We recently had a time-sensitive issue, and he really helped us get the fault fixed. Big thanks, too, to Ben and Martin, who are always friendly and courteous and caring in the work they do when in the home. I've had my issues with Jones Homes since we bought the house, and continue to believe they can greatly improve, but these guys are a huge step in the right direction.

Help and advice through out the buying process has been excellent and the aftercare first class

I have nothing more than praise for their customer service and workmanship.
A few issues arose and they did not hesitate to send a Joiner around to fix the issue, even after 4 years of my initial purchase.
Particular praise to Sue Ward Customer Care Co-ordinator, who has always resolved any issue with minimum fuss

Almost everything went according to plan, unfortunately Jones were unable to change bathroom detail or fencing around the property. The paving behind the house was hardly adequate.

Extremely brilliant experience and very helpful and friendly staff, In honest i must say I am very impressed and extremely pleased with my experience with jones home. The sales consultant named Jeff was so helpful,friendly and professional all from beginning to the end of the whole process when I get the key to my home on Friday, it was amazing the warm welcome I received above all, I will surely recommend jones home to you.

I had a large aftercare issue that was a worry for me as i didn't want too much disruption in my home. Thank you to Jonny in Customer Care he was very re-assuring and the work was completed seamlessly by their lovely team. Thank you.
