Bed set was as competetively priced as anywhere else, ordered two, and was available for immediate despatch. We made an error and wanted to swop one, processed within days, replacement received in less than a week with the excellant help from Lewis Evans.
Jones and Tomlin is, unfortunately, a rare breed in todays trading.
Definately in my top ten of retailers/suppliers.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that a) answers the phone with a human, b) is interested in what you are looking for c) is honest and helpful. Ordered exactly what we wanted which was out of the ordinary, and was advised by a guy in Worthing pointing out various obstacles which saved us a fortune. Excellent product, beautifully manufactured, arrived before the promised date and was installed by two polite, clean and helpful guys. Well done!

Excellent service, I was let down by a chain store on the day of delivery and called Jones and Tomlin came to the rescue. My new mattress was delivered within a few hours of being ordered and payed for. I couldn’t ask for a better service. Thankyou to you all.

I spoke to Lewis who was dealing with my order and can I say by far the most helpful person I have come across, I was having trouble with my payment for a couple of days and I was struggling to locate where it had gone along with receiving no email confirmation from Jones and Tomlin, so I was worried that it had not been received by them , however after speaking to Lewis he gave me reassurance that he will locate payment and told me not to worry, he dispatched my products yesterday and I just received them this morning and I LOVE THEM!!! By far the best customer service I have received, WOULD definitely recommend this company!!!

I ordered a Vispring bed base protector. There was a delay in receiving the item but better late than never. It's an expensive item, however it appears to be of very good quality and I'm sure it will last years.

Absolutely fantastic service from Luke. I have called twice for product advice and I didn’t feel at all I was being a nuisance despite asking so many questions. I have found J&T very competitive price wise and I am glad to say I am supporting local businesses, especially in these times.
