disappointing

Ordered shoes online, your stated the shoes were available in store, then you informed me you have no stock, and you would refund the money in 10 working days, I think that is disgracefull, whne through no fault of mine, paid in good faith and you are unable to refund for another 10 working days

The shies size is not right

The shies size is not right. Left shoe is bigger than the right.
So, left shoe was coming off as too big.
I had to return them.
The model is really nice, loafers.

Bought a new pair of shoes that arrived with soles worn out.

Can’t tell how good the product is

Can’t tell how good the product is, as I haven’t received it yet. Unfortunately, you have used EVRI as the delivery company, without a doubt, the worst delivery service in the UK. The shoes have been stranded at their “local depot” for days now. I fear I might never see them. Please stop using this cowboy outfit.

Lovely product but paid for next day…

Lovely product but paid for next day delivery but it came a day later. That however could be an issue with Evria rather than Jones. Jones did however say they would refund my delivery charge. Still waiting on this
