I cannot fault Jonic at all! An absolute delight to deal with, so professional yet friendly. I recently purchased some bedding from them which is fabulous, yet I had a small issue with one of the items. After a phone call and "yes" I could speak to a "real" person! Quickly and without going through a lenghty list of options or wait before being able to speak to someone. The problem was sorted, Jonic did exactly as they'd promised. So lovely to buy from a company whose customer service is second to none and whose products are not only brilliant but packaged with care also.

Great service all round from order placement, personal call to amend order and the delivery ahead of promised date. Product beautifully presented and packaged. Mattress protector and fitted sheets look and fit great, just gonna sleep on them next. Well done all.

Needed a new caravan mattress old one was well and truly done . After lots of research decided on jonoic as i dont like doing internet stuff i used the phone number on their web site and got to talk to a human being great and easy service they sent me confirmation of size and shape of the mattress to check measurments which were spot on sent confirmation and 2 weeks later mattress was made and delivered and its fantastic very comfy i would highly recommend jonic easy and great service oh and fantastic comfy mattress 🙂🙂

Fabulous service from Jonic. The 5cm depth topper was made to our measurements. For our motorhome. It has a zipped cashmere cover that can washed. It is giving us a much better sleep. Would highly recommend Jonic for quality and service and price.

Jonic's customer care is exemplary, they contacted me personally to ensure they had the right make, model and year of my caravan to ensure the correct fitted sheet was manufactured and supplied. Well what can I say bought a new caravan, mattress was painful to sleep on, a couple on our site advised to try a mattress topper from Jonic, and it's was the best night's sleep we both had very comfortable, Customer Service was amazing very caring staff thanks everyone keep up the good work your amazing.

Superb customer service from start to finish. I wanted a bespoke mattress for Roller Team moho island bed and having provided the drawing they manufactured and delivered within three weeks. Finished product looks great and oozes quality and will finally get to try it out in anger this week.

I love everything about this company, from the reasons why it came into being and the ethos that permeates throughout the company from top to bottom. the website was so easy to use as I required a new caravan mattress and lo and behold through the dropdown menus there was my make model brand of caravan, great choice of mattresses. rang / emailed customer service. Never had such a good response from charlotte and the team. They made my choice of mattress so much easier. No hard sell, I also purchased fitted mattress protector and fitted sheet. Mattress arrived in good time delivered direct to my caravan location and promptly fitted like a glove. So much better than the original fitted mattress. After a week of use I can say that I have never slept better on a caravan mattress.
