These good reviews must be fake accounts because if you read the negative reviews they are all similar in that this casino does not pay anybody their winnings. I've filed official complaints with the gaming commission over it so I'm trying to warn others before they become victims as well.

The website I love enjoyed playing on well until it was time to cash out… 4 days and still counting I have provided all requested identification my account has been verified yet they keep telling me to upload more after reading reviews I had hoped for the same experience as others but mine has been far from easy I will change my review if the situation changes. Update over 2 weeks now still trying to cash out… customer service says my account is verified and there will be no problem withdrawing so I tried to withdraw and surprise surprise it was cancelled when I questioned customer service about it they said their accounts team has now requested I do withdraw to my bank account instead of to my credit card where I withdrew the funds to play, giving no reason why they have requested me do that so of cause I do that and cancelled again it’s just more bullshit excuses. I am trying to contact customer service and now their staff is overwhelmed with chats and can’t reply to mine chat just constantly told to try again later!! Mind you they continue to email me offering me bonuses etc to continue playing games which I won’t do I will never play on this website again. They are scammers if you invest more then you want to withdraw I think you won’t have as much issue but if your like me and have only invested a small amount then won big then they won’t let you withdraw.. checking out the reviews I think most of them are fake not many from verified reviewers
