Joolz, some small accessories for the pram as well as a car seat and car seat stand. It said all items have been delivered which is not the case. Only the small accessories were delivered. Hi I never received my package. Stayed home all day and DHL just said that it was going to be returned to you. They never called or notified of the arrival of the package.

Again ignored by customer service regarding my refund i emailed over a week ago and have had no response - I am again reviewing via trust pilot as i only received a response to my original emails following my negative review. My original order that was never sent was made in June.

Great pushchair and great company
Fast delivery and amazing pushchair. The one handed fold is just so easy and the quality of the materials is so obvious. This will last a long time and the baby is so cozy and safe - the most important thing. Bought as we needed a pushchair that was small to store and can go in hand luggage and this is perfect for that.

Customer support does not exist
I’m not even sure if customer service exists at this company. I purchased the AER2 pram and several accessories from a Joolz reseller. Now, I need additional accessories that are available only on the official Joolz website.
I’ve been calling for a week, leaving voice messages and requesting a callback — yet no one has bothered to get back to me.
It’s incredibly disappointing: such a great product, completely undermined by poor management — no customer support, no proper forecasting, and no planning in place for the launch of the AER2.
You introduce a new product, generate hype, then fail to ensure stock availability, accessories, or even basic customer support. This is a textbook example of how bad management can overshadow a great product.

Steer Clear
Delivery was very fast. Upon receiving, the handlebar was damaged. To return it, you have to email customer service to get a label. It took several days of calling and emailing. No one answers their phone. Only when I started commenting on their social media posts, I finally get a response. After it arrived back to them, it took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Their customer service is the worst. With how much each stroller and its add ons cost, you could hire more customer service representatives.

The delivery never happened
The delivery never happened. Please stop using Bpost, is not reliable and they always sent an email saying “delivered” but it has never been. Same story, different brands.
But the costumer service has been brilliant trying to find it or sending a new one if needed. Looking forward to use the Aer2 and leave a review about it.
Edit: the new one arrived in no time! We already have used and is amazing. Super super happy with it! Moves smoothly, fold / unfold with 1 hand and super light.

Super happy with our Joolz Day 5. Very easy to use and comfortable for our daughter. We used the carrycot for more than 6 months and now using the seat. I love how easy it all works and that the seat is fully lay flat! Also bought the Joolz Aer2, 2 weeks ago to use on Holidays and take with us in the plane. So very happy consumer here!

Faulty pram
Following up the comment I wrote two weeks ago where joolz customer service suggested to write to their email. However, after writing to their mail, two weeks after there is no response yet. My baby was born 2 weeks ago and I had to go for the third time to the mamas and papas store but the chasis they received from you had no basket and no wheels. They didn't have the gadgets to assemble it and we left again without our pram. This is unacceptable! Very disappointed.
