Before I even became a customer, Peter Kuhlmann of Joomlaplates was very responsive to my presales questions. Now that I am a member and using the templates, I've had a couple of support discussions with Peter and I must say that it's been one of the best support experiences that I've had since using Joomla. The support from JoomlaPlates and Peter has been excellent!

Having used a number of JoomlaPlates templates I have always found them to be very flexible and high quality, but the thing I value most is the truly exceptional support that I have received from Peter.

Another nice surprise, some 12 months after my last review...the JP-World template that I am using to build a customer site has been given a great addition in the form of the Customizer where you can now do a heap of extra configuration without having to delve into code. This is an awesome addition and saves a lot of time.

I have been searching for Joomla! templates quite some time and came across joomlaplates and I have to say that the support is more than perfect. Within one hour every request was answered and the templates worked all well!

I'm particularly picky when it comes to what I like and don't like and searched all over to find a selection of templates I like for my various websites that not only stylish but also very costomisable and responsive. I purchased a six month support package and embarked on setting up my first website. It wasn't long before I had to call on tech support as my knowledge of Joomla had become rusty to say the least. I was solidly impressed by the speed and accuracy of the response. My first request was answered virtually immediately and every request since has had similarly efficient and accurate support. I am solidly impressed by Joomlaplates and the support I have received from Peter Kuhlmann. I would certainly highly recommend them to anyone.

We use the JP Shop template and its really good. Anytime we have encountered any problem with it (when customizing etc.) Peter from the customer service always helped. And really fast!!! :) Great job guys.
