I bought the template Allura and I'm currently configuring it for a client website (I've been using Wordpress for a number of years). I would say Joomla is great, the template is beautiful and responsive. To configure and set up EasyStore didn't take long and the one issue I had so far, their support replied within a few hours. Really impressed!

Great product, great support! I don't use any other page builder

The support for the free Helix Ultimate template, under Joomla 4, from Anne T. was very good. She ultimately found that my issue was using PHP version 8.2.11 (which was producing "Deprecated feature" errors). Per her request, I switched my site's PHP version down to 8.1.24 and all errors were eliminated.

I have a straightforward inquiry that shouldn't require more than two minutes of your time. As a paying customer, I'm currently facing a conflict between your page builder and all other components. Regrettably, despite waiting for three weeks, I have yet to receive a response. While I acknowledge the quality of your templates and offerings, the absence of a response to a basic inquiry from a paying customer leads me to rate this experience as one star.

Ofi Khan of JoomShaper was superb when he figured out what was ailing my Joomla website to return a blank error, “0 Class SppagebuilderHelperintegratiions” Not Found,” when I tried to access my site last Aug. 31, 2023. By telling me to remove the outdated SP Page Builder app in my site and installing its latest version, Ofi Khan’s suggestion did the trick.
I will not hesitate to recommend to my relatives and friends SP Page Builder for its efficacy.

Joomshaper simple have best page buider for Joomla and very nice templates and extensions. They're not perfect, of course, but they have an excellent team that promptly solves any problems that are reported.

Many years ago, I used to work with Joomlashine's tools. When the company suddenly closed, I imagine that all of us who used their extensions were "left behind".
It was then that Joomshaper appeared in front of me.
After 3 years of continuous and uninterrupted cooperation with JoomlaShaper, despite occasional upgrade issues and minor frictions with the support department, I can now confidently say that my life has become easier.
I use all of their tools and extensions, especially SPPB, which is, for me, the dominant note in the programming stave. I believe that if SPPB's developers in the future enrich its functionality even more with additions and other even more necessary add-ins, then perfection will be very close.
As far as the support department is concerned, the only thing I miss is more immediacy in responding to the questions that we all submit as users. However, when I consider that each of us who submits any support requests is one and only one, as opposed to the support department, which is in a daily mess of messages, the first thought that comes to mind is that they are probably right.
So, I feel the need to publicly thank Paul Frankowski, Toufiq, Mehtaz Afsana Borsha, Ofi Khan, and Rashida Rahman (sorry if i'm forgetting someone else) for both their deep knowledge and willingness to patiently deal with each of us.
Closing, and because my main job is film criticism, I would very much like to use the SP MOVIES extension, but I can't because of the shortcomings it has. Films are not only for directors and actors. As you know, the art of cinema is the most collective of the arts, and inside every movie there are so many related but different specialties. So if you as a company wish to be a star in the field of film recording, my suggestion to your development team is to think about giving the possibility to users to add as many specialties, besides directors and actors, as they need.

Using Pagebuilder for several years now. Very happy with it. I skipped Pagebuilder 4 and now I'm working with version 5. I can do almost everything I want with it.
In combination with Helix 2 it's very powerful.
Sometimes I need support. And it's always nice support. Once in a while I have to wait a bit longer for answers. No problem at all.

For the most part, they provide a good product. They do need to improve their customer support response time though. When they finally answer a support question, they provide sound information towards fixing or modifying their products' functionality. Paying customers should never have to wait several days; sometimes weeks, for an answer to a support question. Improve that and they'd be rated 5-stars across the board.

JoomShaper give another point of view in joomla CMS costellation components, with SP products i really can open at colors and many functions..
So, many components hve little bugs, but they solves all with good forum service.

Great addition for your joomla instance. But the support is horrible. They are very late with reponses and not helpfull at all.

All around great component for Joomla content management system that allows you to either build pages and modules and customize all using an intuitive, drag and drop building system. The support from the component developers is fantastic. And you can do amazing things. I recommend it to anyone. It's very easy to use and the support is superb.
