After trying several brands of diapers…

After trying several brands of diapers i'm so happy to find Joone which is the best for my baby. The quality is excellent!!! It is very easy with the online orders and get monthly delivery to home. It is super quick to get. I got a problem with my online purchase, i contacted Joone's team and they responded me very quickly. Great quality, great customer service, highly recommended!

Great experience

Great experience! High quality products, we are extremely satisfied with the diapers, wipes and creams/ointments. Delivery was fast (out of France), and when contacting them, the team was very responsive and efficient. We hope to continue our subscription and the purchase of products for as long as possible!

The worst diapers we’ve ever tried for…

The worst diapers we’ve ever tried for the baby—hands down. Not only did they leave my baby completely soaked in pee, but the resulting rash was just the cherry on top of this disaster cake. At this point, I’m wondering if the “positive” reviews were written by people whose babies are secretly houseplants.

C'est le service client le plus horrible

This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received. I have made an order that I paid for but the order was never delivered. I sent dozen of emails to customer service and no one replied. They didn't give me an explanation neither a refund. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer protection rights.

C'est le service client le plus horrible que j'ai jamais reçu. J'ai passé une commande que j'ai payée mais la commande n'a jamais été livrée. J'ai envoyé des dizaines d'e-mails au service client et personne n'a répondu. Ils ne m'ont donné aucune explication ni aucun remboursement. Extrêmement déçu et frustré par le manque de droits de protection des clients.

No answer from UK retail

Too bad there is no 0 star availability.
It could even be the best product on the market, but unless there is a good customer experience, the value drops drastically.
I have ordered one of their products reading that the delivery would be within 3 working day. Now, I understand that there might be delays, but all I am asking is to let me know, or better, at least answer my messages.
I sent 4 offline requests on their messaging service through their website, 2 requests during the time when the website announces there should be online operators, and 2 email, asking to know where my order is.
But no contact whatsoever. At this point I don’t even want the product anymore, because as I said, even if it’s the best product in the world, for me just lost all its prestige and thanks to an unmanaged website just became worthless.

I have placed an order at joone paris…

I have placed an order at joone paris the 10th of May and today the 19th I haven’t my diapers or a response from the customer service, I’ve received automated email response saying that they’ll get back to me and I’m still waiting. There’s no way to contact someone via phone.
Truly disappointed, just want to have a refund and I’ll find another brand that offers a good service, had to purchase other diapers on the mean time, they claim the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days I have 9 days and still nothing.
I’ve purchased one month of diapers. 😔😔😔😔😔😔 really disappointed

Keep taking my money not sending me anything…

After a few months where everything was well. Loved the diapers and the prints. Suddenly couldn’t login on the website on any device to change my order (size etc). Tried to contact them many ways and many times (that is already not easy cause they have no email address). I got no response whatsoever. So I canceled my subscription. Now they keep automatically taking my money without even sending me the diapers. And it stays silent from their side. So done with this company. Think they are bankrupt or something and try to get as much money as they still can. Awful company, never again.

Disappointed...

Had great expectations when I ordered the first nappies but was very disappointed. Have friends who love them but for me, they leaked, I could not see if he needed to be changed and the feel was not as soft and comfortable as other brands.
