This company was subcontracted to fix our bathroom as part of an insurance claim under my husband´s name. Despite several emails to them, still no one has been sent out to finish the work. In between, they came back several different days and made errors on various occasions: using the wrong colour grout for the tiles, another time wrong colour silicone sealant and leaving open gapes in the flooring around the shower area.
As we cannot use the only shower and toilet in our house, we have to pee in a bucket, go to the local supermarket to poo, drive to a swim hall each morning to shower and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. This we find unhygienic and very humiliating.
Several requests over time for an external shower trailer have either been unanswered or refused.
The original claim has been going on since June 2016 - 8 months now though work started on the bathroom in August 2016 and we are still without a toilet, wash hand basin and shower. First Jorton and the main building company Hustømrerne A/S refused to fix the problems (e.g. hollow uneven floor and wall tiles with lack of descent of the drain into the shower hole) as they said; everything was according to Danish standard, but a construction expert later stated otherwise in their report.
All we want as a small costumer is for the company to properly restore our bathroom now: this should take no more than a week.
Please whatever you do, do NOT use the services of this company. They have shown themselves to us as cold, calculating, unsympathetic and like they have done to us will likely leave you hanging dry.
