Matt was an amazing salesman - definitely would recommend to anyone

Very happy with the sofa i bought today from Joseph James St Helens! Was allowed to walk around the store without being hassled, after many visits to other outlets, i found a sofa that ticked all my boxes and got a bargain! I looked for a sales assistant who was happy to help james Hardman very friendly and helpful and aswered all my questions who also said i could have it delivered in a few days. Very happy customer thank you James.

We purchased a sofa today, which will be delivered on Friday. The sales assistant, Sarah, was very helpful and provided excellent information to help us choose the best sofa for our needs.
We have previously purchased furniture from James Joseph and are always impressed by the range of furniture in stock. The prices are very reasonable, and free delivery within a day or so is an added bonus.

Sara was really friendly and welcoming. Showed us around and helped us find what we need. 10/10

James from St helens store was the only reason we bought are new sofa , he was polite, respectfull,tuck time to listen to are questions ,explained everything ,will recommend this store ,we'll done James excellent service

Saw a thing on instagram so I went in today to see what its all about and had excellent service from the salesman Matt (Wedge) who was very helpful and hilarious to be around, would recommend and planning to go again soon

Came in to buy a dining set from James in St Helens and he was amazing! Took us a few days to get it over the line due to Klarna but James was amazing throughout everything even communicating with us outside of his working hours! I could not recommended James enough he is a saint

Told at point of sale 3-4 week delivery.
Told via email after 2 weeks it would be 4-6 weeks.
Told in week 6 it was being checked in warehouse.
Told in week 7 it won’t arrive in warehouse until week 8.

These people lie, without consequence, and management/senior ignore escalation calls, emails and social media. The service has been abysmal.
