Such a wonderful and professional company. My order process was easy and simple as the website is very easy to navigate. My order was also sent out is quick succession and the customer service was exceptional. When I received my order, the packaging of the product was eye-catching and different. Jouksa eyelashes are everything! I got the LA and Shanghai - the lashes are gorgeous and amazing quality. The packaging is beautiful and makes storing and reusing your lashes easier. The price is affordable and postage is quick & efficient. Definitely will be repurchasing & hopefully branch out into the other products.

It was easy to navigate the website, the product is beautiful and the shipping was very quick, but I didn’t get any texts/emails telling me when it was going to be there, all I got were the messages about confirmation. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely order again!!
