Despite a delay in delivery (due to moving warehouse) the items arrived in perfect condition, I was also offered a discount in my current purchase and for a future one. I was contacted promptly about the delay, so wasn't worried much. The items were perfect (as in the pictures) and will definitely be ordering again.

am completely shocked by my experience with this business.

I returned a coat in accordance with their returns process, only to be wrongly accused of removing tags and spraying perfume on it. These claims are entirely false. The coat arrived with no plastic/security tags attached, and it already had a noticeable scent when I received it. I did not remove anything or apply any perfume.
Given this, I am now seriously questioning whether I was sent an item that had previously been returned by another customer.

To be accused of dishonesty rather than having the issue handled fairly is unacceptable. The returns process itself was unnecessarily difficult, and the refusal to issue a refund based on unsubstantiated allegations has been extremely distressing.
I would not recommend this company based on how this situation has been handled, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

I require a full refund to be issued without further delay. Failing this, I will proceed with formal escalation and pursue the matter through all appropriate channels.

I bought a green raincoat for my wife. She absolutely loves it! Nice fit and quality. I recommend this store.

My order shipped then was lost. After a few emails and an investigation all was resolved and they shipped me a replacements order which I received in a timely manner. Now it did take some time but happy with outcome of customer service. Great quality of products and so cute!!!!

Excellent service from Jovanna London saw a coat I wanted and loved from a local boutique but did not have my size. I contacted customer service who informed me of launch date and I was able to order online. I availed of the welcome discount and free shipping and received my coat with 48 hours! I received a gorgeous neck scarf as a complimentary gift and works perfectly with coat! I will definitely be a returning customer. Great service Jovanna London ❤️

I ordered a skirt, its colour was different to how it looked on the website. The quality was poor comparing to some other brands with the same price. The return process was not transparent and I had to contact the company separately to ensure that I received the refund. I’m not sure if I was just unlucky but I have a feeling that it’s their standard process. Would not recommend to anyone

Jovonna London manufactures its garments in China. Their production are handled in a family-run workshop in China, which is owned by the brand's founder, Jojo Yan Jiao.

Beautiful garments accompanied with excellent customer service for both ordering and returns. Would highly recommend this company both online and in store.

Yes this is a good company to deal with .
I ordered two cardigans as I didn’t know which size I wanted . They arrived promptly. It was a bit tricky to return the one I didn’t need - I found the procedure impossible . So I posted it and the company and I sorted the postage out between us . They do answer the phone too when you call them.
The item ( Brighton jumper ) is of excellent quality .

I love my pants. They are unique and attractive and fun to wear!
