Terrible. Told multiple times a day they would come and do work but wouldn't turn up, and not hear from them in weeks.

They leave an insane amount of mess, dug up our path to be cemented but didn't cement it until 2 weeks later... Put up no protection or steps for us, keeping in mind that we have a baby.

Workers also used our recycling bins to transport the broken concrete into the skip, without asking for any permission so bins are now ruined.

Work still isn't done, and it started a month before Christmas. Absolutely despicable company, if you can avoid then please do!

Had a very similar experience to another lady, one of your van driver’s registration started with MJ54 was very aggressive towards me on the A470 I was travelling at the speed limit upto the roundabout at quakers yard he was shouting obscenities and making rude gestures and then tailgated me all the way to Ystrad Mynach and was clearly trying to intimidate and frighten me. I can assure you I was neither as he clearly has anger issues with no incident to have caused his appalling behaviour, what a terrible representation for your company, he should be ashamed of himself as a person and an employee.

Worst company the local council has let work on tenants roofs. Found empty cans of lager and cider on my roof work was at a snails pace and very poor I wouldn't trust them to run a bath for me.

I wouldn't work for these guys. Had five different managers tell our company a different way to install the product. The quality checker from the company that makes the product told us we were doing it right the first way and the managers didn't have a clue. 6 men two weeks work, and can't get hold of anyone to get paid. Been several months and still haven't been paid.

We were travelling in our car today and 1 of your drivers was driving too close behind my husband braked to see if the van would move back but it came closer when we reached Abercynon he did some very crude hand signs and shouted abuse at us for quite a while when at the lights . This was so uncalled for as we are pensioners. The van headed towards Nelson after he had finished abusing us. I thought that maybe you could have a word with the driver about this incident. Thank You.

Absolute mess this company make! No thought for properties whatsoever! Blocking off disabled access even though ive told them a million times. Its so stressful, cannot wait for them to finish and take their rubbish with them!

I’d like to thank James and dale for all the work they have done on my house ( council) over the last 4 weeks they have done a fantastic job . 5* service I’d definitely recommend them . Both Hard workers turn up early everyday and clean up at the end of every shift , friendly, respectful and very reliable. Thank you both from Lisa , Jason ( rhymney )

Would not recommend this company at all, bunch of cowboys, full of lies, do not respect peoples property's, having them work on my council property has been an absolute nightmare.......

Absolutely dreadful. No organisation. No respect for people's property. Constant lies regarding times and replacing items taken down during the work. Very frustrating and anxiety through the roof.

This company should be renamed "Hire a cowboy" They are working on my building, hired by the council to carry out gutter soffit & roof replacement. The amount of crap they left on my balcony was unbelievable!! When they were replacing the roof, during a rain shower I had water coming into my kitchen & bedroom. Water marks on my ceiling & peeling wallpaper in my bedroom. Dirty windows from all the brick dust etc. Dreadful company. The workers didn't seem to give a damn!! Totally unprofessional in my opinion. Avoid at all costs!!
