I was really excited to share this as a gift, but unfortunately needed to return the item. Emily was so helpful and very understanding of our circumstances, and managed the whole return from start to finish. I would quite happily recommend this company based on the positive customer experience I received!

So far I’m not impressed. I did not receive a confirmation order but did receive se real emails regarding subscribing. Had to chase delivery … and now TRYING to get a RETURNS label!!! Anyone else had similar issues? I’d prefer not to give any stars tbh

Awesome product, amazing company & customer service!

i saw a creator on tiktok using the coffee grinder and purchased it immediately. i’ve owned larger burr grinders and smaller handheld grinders and this one is the best of both worlds: it is consistent and well-made but also doesn’t take up much space. i owned it for a month and a small piece of the plastic shell came off but the company replaced it immediately. would recommend for anyone, especially those with limited storage space.

I got my Barisieur more than a year ago and its a beloved part of my morning routine. When I had an issue and reached out to the customer service I experienced a service how you wish it to be: fast, super friendly and willing to help! The Barisieur and Joy Resolve are 100% recommended.

I want to commend Joy Resolve for their outstanding customer service with my Barisieur. They were very responsive and worked with me both efficiently and reasonably to resolve my problem. I've had mine for years and use it nearly daily still. Highly recommend.

Great product and really helpful customer service

Customer service is awesome. Shoutout to Emily for helping us resolve the issue with the machine. Sadly, the machine was defective but we were able to get the replacement parts easily through our correspondence with the Joy Resolve team.

I have just purchased my first Barisieur and it is just wonderful.
I was very lucky to buy it from someone who had been given it as a gift and didn’t even try it out. Crazy!

The whole thing looks like a wild science experiment but the teeny milk fridge (whisper quiet btw) and the little drawer for the coffee remind me of being a child with a fascination for miniature things.

Waking up to the smell of the coffee brewing is lovely and I’ve ordered the separate brew chamber so I can try tea!

Not only is it a great practical alarm/coffee maker but it looks really cute in my Deco inspired bedroom!

I definitely recommend to buy but also the wonderful customer service team go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I’m waiting to get the larger version so I can have a pot of coffee or tea and even though I bought mine through a third party they have been excellent.

10/10 all round x

I bought one of the Barisieur alarm clocks and it changed my life. I've never been a morning person but with it, I've stood a fighting chance. Great products, attractive and well-built.

My alarm clock actually malfunctioned after about a year and a half, but I was rapidly sent over a minimal-fuss sparkling new replacement. Excellent customer service (Emily has been great!)

in love with my purchase, this was a christmas gift coming from uk to us!!! the delivery took more than usual but the customer service was always on top of everything. this product is totally worth it if you are a coffee lover, please do yourself a favor and get this barisieur.

I ordered a Manual Brewer, which perfectly meets my request. It is very easy to use, with a discreet design.

Bought the coffee alarm clock for my partner for Christmas. Opened and setup to find a dent/chip in the tray which affects how the tray sits in the main unit. And spoils the overall look of the unit slightly (but not the end of the world).

Sent an email on Jan 3rd 2022 to their info mailbox (as instructed to do so via their website) and heard absolutely nothing since.

All we need is a replacement wooden tray under the warranty. It would quite literally take 5 seconds to view the photos and process a replacement. Or at least an email response.

I've responded and chased with a further 2 emails. Your response was to ask for pictures. Pictures I sent in the 1st/original email. Regardless, I resent the pictures to you and still heard nothing. I know you're a start up but you're offering a premium product at a premium price.

Update: 1/19/22
Joyresolve did not respond to my email sent to the address they provided here. I have been completely ignored by the supplier and manufacturer and I’m now stuck with a faulty product I paid over $600 for. I shouldn’t have to fight this hard.
I’ve now contacted BBB.

I purchased the Barisieur for my fiancé for Christmas. It’s been an utter disappointment from the get go. In total I paid $632.80 for the product. The package arrived completely sodden. The box was so wet it was falling apart at the seams. I contacting SSense immediately to no avail.
I removed the product and though the packaging was unsightly the product appeared dry inside. So as I hadn’t heard back, and with little time left until Christmas, I gifted the coffee maker.
He used it for the first time last night. The light display was so bright we could clearly see everything in the room. We had to turn the clock to face the wall. Secondly, the milk cooler did not work. So say at room temperature over night. Thirdly, the alarm brewing feature did not work. He set it to 5 mins before and activated it correctly. (Little cup and alarm appeared on display) but he had to hold to manually brew after the alarm sounded.
What an utter disappointment.
I’ve contacted them again and hope to receive a response.
I’ll be sure to update on Trustpilot.

The package was not sitting outside, no. It was wet at the bottoms and side of the package, and I was home to receive it. The delivery driver rang the bell, left it in front of my door (entirely covered porch) and walked back to the vehicle. I provided pictures to SSENSE and offered to supply them with the video footage of the delivery.
Turning the display off is helpful, though not ideal and we did try to deactivate and reactive the cooler as per the instructions, to no avail.
I will contact you at the email provided and appreciate you following up with it.

I ended up returning my Barisieur and am waiting for a refund. Although I never even opened the product, I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for all their swift and kind customer support. Thank you for making everything easy guys!
