4 and a 5 star

I have had two orders recently all Bushes and plants are growing nicely despite the bad start they are having with the heat and lack of water should be ok once weather improves. My bergonias I ordered I cannot say the same they arrived damaged loss of roots on some and the others haven’t done too good. I think they needed longer to grow more before sending out. I will not be having any next year. Not sure the date of my orders must be April / May 2026

Two of my roses died

Two of my roses died. I complained ( ticket no. # 102517) about one but nothing happened. I am one of your regular customers. Very disappointed.

Over all shopping with Parker’s is good

The ordering etc: and service as always is quite good however the two miniature trees that I sent for ( should have been ball shaped ) were just all growing all over the place so I had to tie the one especially with string and I am hoping it will eventually grow in to a ball shaped as it should apart from that we shall wait and see.

I loved my plant but sadly with the gale force winds we had a few months ago it was ripped and torn and nothing i did could save it. But the service was excellent, thank you

Some of the plants I ordered did not do…

Some of the plants I ordered did not do well, and one of the plants, when it flowered the next year (2026) was not the right colour. They were unable to give me replacements so gave me my money back for which I am grateful. One star off because it would have been better to have the right plants and healthy ones in the first place .

Poor service

The first delivery of delphiniums were almost dead, and the second order, I didn’t receive.
Very poor service, and one I won’t be using again.
