My Monada was very dry, shrivelled leaves and the flowers brown. Disappointing. The plant was 5 days in getting from you to me in the very hot weather. Is Evri the best delivery service to use? Plant was deeply watered and I hope will recover with care.

Everything went as planned a nice quality plant.

Nice plants in good condition and packed well, good value for money.

I ordered several plants during May and all but one sprouted very quickly. I contacted Parkers regarding the failed plant, sent photos and they refunded the cost without question. I was very pleased with their response and also with the other thriving plants so would certainly use Parkers again in the future, Great customer service, highly recommended.

Contacted yourselves to say not arrived and if they did by now the plants would be dead so another batch said to be sent they have still not arrived and I said whilst in the past I have ordered a lot from you I am now reticent to order anything else

Plants had no leaves and dead at the ends. Had to send them back at my own expense to enable me to get a refund on defective plants that should not have been sent out in the first place. I also asked for the outstanding plant on order to be cancelled to avoid any further disappointment and I did not get a full refund on that. Customer complaint ticket number 151137

After a few days wait the plants arrived , well packaged and all looked healthy but thirsty, I've planted them in my garden and so far they are all growing well.

The buddleia came well packed and looks healthy. The only reason for not 5 stars is delivery time was longer than expected. Hope to see it flourish in the next growing season.

The plants were not in the best condition dried out and yellowing leaves. They are slowly recovering. More attention to dampness during travel would work! A damp piece of kitchen towel around the root’s would probably help!

Very disappointed with J Parkers. I ordered some dahlia tubers... specifically Bishop of Llandaff and Bishop of Oxford back in the spring. I planted them on arrival and looked after them carefully. It was so disappointing that instead of Bishop Dhalias I had been sent tubers that came up as scruffy, squat purple plants which are ugly and do not flower well. This is the second time this has happened. Although Parkers refunded my money it does not compensate for the time, effort and resources I put into growing these plants. I gave a two star rating because I got my money back once I had complained. I would not recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Over the years I have spent thousands with jparkers. I have never really had a problem with the plants or when I have its always been sorted out quickly. That was until now... dispite the fact they took ages to arrive.
I brought a number of bear root roses from them, put them in my greenhouse to allow them to come out of dormancy and make shore that there was no disease that may affect my other roses.
I follow this process with all plants. But this time all the plants died, some never showed any signs of life some did then died.
I tried to explain this process I use and the operator spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. These plants are guaranteed.
