We felt this builder was very poor, and in our opinion should be avoided.
They left broken asbestos-containing material in our garden for months then asked us to pay to get it removed. Our house was flooded with water multiple times during building works. An independent survey revealed multiple, costly issues that we had to get resolved at our own expense. The kitchen tiling was appalling. Our neighbour's fence was left in a complete mess. There have been numerous problems with our plumbing and drainage. In all, the errors created by JP Hale have cost us thousands of pounds to fix.
The worst thing of all was the bullying, degrading and disgusting attitude of Justin Hale towards my pregnant wife during the building works. This builder is not to be trusted
They claim to be a "family business" but this doesn't exclude them from being poor quality and doing terrible work.
