I had high hopes for this cream but…
I had high hopes for this cream but sadly didn’t cut it at all. I followed the instructions to the letter and zero numbing affect from the cream. Then during the tattoo we switched to the spray to see if that took the edge off and that also had zero affect. Seriously disappointed as this came recommended.

I paid £7.99 for a next day by 1pm delivery. Royal mail messaged to say they couldn't deliver because I wasn't in,which was a lie. I complained to jpro who said I shouldn't have used the next day by 1pm options and I should now collect it from the post office myself. Very unprofessional.

We’re genuinely sorry you’ve had a disappointing experience. Your order was dispatched on time via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, which requires someone to be available to sign for it. Royal Mail have confirmed they attempted delivery, but as no one was available to sign, the parcel was taken to your local delivery office for collection.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is fully managed by Royal Mail. While we can’t control how their delivery attempts are carried out, we did contact you to ask when you needed the cream for so we could explore options to help — but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response to this question in your email.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be and have also suggested an alternative shipping option (Tracked 24) for future orders, which doesn’t require a signature and can be posted straight through your letterbox.
We hope this helps to clarify the situation and that you’ll consider ordering with us again in the future.

wow, just incredible.
I had a 6-hour tattoo session and started to feel some discomfort around the 2.5-hour mark, which is expected. Normally, when numbing creams wear off, the pain becomes really intense. But with this one, it felt like I was just starting a fresh session without any numbing at all – completely manageable. The last 3.5 hours were a breeze. I’ll definitely be buying this again – 100% recommend!

I used this cream yesterday
I used this cream yesterday, used the jpro 03 as I was having a leg piece done. I don’t normally use numbing cream but I think as I’m getting older, my pain threshold is somewhat not what it used to be. I did a small patch test the previous day and all was great. Applied it yesterday for my tattoo and have to say I couldn’t feel a thing for the 3 hrs I sat for other than the parts I’d poorly applied. However today, 24hrs later, I’ve had an allergic reaction to the cream to the point you can see the exact marks where I’ve applied and where I’ve missed and currently awaiting steroids from the doctor. This is nothing to do with the cream itself and not a bad review, just for people with sensitive skin to be careful. Had I not had an allergic reaction, I would defo be using it for all my tattoos!

Currently sat being tattooed
Currently sat being tattooed, applied the pro3 cream 2 hrs prior to starting as advised by booklet and 3hrs in I'm barely starting to feel anything, seriously loving this stuff!
I also have to give special mention of the amazing customer service team, I messed up my order by not including the spray in the initial purchase, the absolute legend that responded to my message asking for help generated a free shipping code for my spray and sent them together. I SERIOUSLY LOVE this company. Thanks guys!
UPDATE: Tattoo is finished, 5hr session and the numbing lasted the entire time for most of my arm, what didn't last was likely due to uneven coverage on application because it was maybe 5% of my arm that I actually felt. 10/10 WILL use again!

Would 100% recommend
I’ve been using the numbing cream for years now. Worked brilliantly on both my elbows, shin, knee and back of my calf. I recommend to everyone I know. I have also used the gel with great results. Especially on long sessions when the cream starts to wear off.
I would 100% suggest using this if you have a big session coming up and you want to be able to sit. Make sure to follow the instructions and apply enough to cover the area you need.

Worked for about ten minutes,really dissapionted with this product ,i have used other creams which all claim to be the best on the market ,pretty sure this company claims the same .i bought five tubes as i was gettung a back piece done ,i applied two tubes as per instructions and it only worked for about ten mins was really hoping this was gonna be the cream that really works but unfortunately have been left bitterly dissapionted .
